Purchased to replace my HTPC. Even while set for performance, some fan noise exists, but is relatively quiet. No issues with overheating. Measuring with benchmark, temperatures averaged 65 to 70'C while running media. Power consumption about 10W while idle. 20-30W while running media.My only issue with the device was with the pre-installed software and browser configurations, which raised some concerns. To solve this, highly recommend re-imaging the OS with a fresh copy of Windows from Microsoft (not the recovery image on the device, but the downloadable ISO which Microsoft provides with its installation utility).Tracking down network drivers for the Wifi post re-imaging required some sleuthing, but can be found with some effort. Overall quite pleased with the value of this device!

Though I have not had it for long, this mini PC has been great so far! It is perfect for a small personal office space and has ample power for the average user's needs (word processing, browsing, streaming, etc.) This also has adequate specs for light to medium-duty gaming (though it will struggle a lot with newer games that are graphically demanding).Regarding setup, everything went smoothly and I have yet to encounter any software or hardware related issues. As I put more mileage on this PC I will update this review accordingly if any major issues occur; so far everything has been excellent though!

More of a teenager's toy. *WOW cool lights* NOT!!!!This little computer is a little slower than I expected. Still not bad overall. The major issue is the flashing lights on the sides. To turn them off you have to download a file from their website. Then there is no way to force the lights to stay off. Every time it is turned on the flashing lights come back on. I ended up making a short cut on the desktop so I can them off a little quicker and that link will not run as a startup file. I have not looked in the bios yet to see if there is a way to kill it there. I really don't want to clip them loose from the main board but might have to.

Bought this CPU less than a year ago, along with the insurance. It powered off in the middle of use and would not power back on. Tried different trouble shooting methods, still wont' work. I also purchased the Asurion insurance when I purchased this CPU, and Asurion stated that I would need to reach out to the manufacturer for repair/ replacement, since it should still be under the manufacturer's warranty. Called their customer service, and the representative was very rude, short, and did not want to offer any assistance. I would not recommend this product or company.

The media could not be loaded. A friend recommended I pick up this PC to use as a media center/ light gaming PC. I have to say I am really impressed so far. The device is smaller than I realized, came in some really nice packaging, and was super easy to setup! Plays media with ease and I was even able to add an additional m.2 with 0 difficulty. A vesa mount was not included but it was mentioned in the provided instructions. Not sure if that was a mistake or not. Haven't had a chance to stress test many games yet but everything works great so far!

So I got this to test out downsizing from a “full-size” big rig. My needs are such that most of the time, game-wise, I am playing something that was released ages ago (you know that steam back catalog you have) and honestly everything else I do is pretty normal. Seems like this little chap will get the job done nicely. I am impressed! Plus, makes no noise and I’m pretty sure it doesn’t use practically any power unless I’m mid-subnautica. Oh also, very clean windows install. No bloatware/adware etc. a real bonus.

My son loves this little gaming computer! It works great and it’s compact and perfect!

I was excited to finally get my own PC to game on! This mini PC is all I truly needed as I play roblox with my kids and some other parents. I've had it for about 3 months now, but whenever I use it the fans get REALLY loud. I'm typing this on it right now. The mode is set to "silent" as literally all I have loaded at the moment is chrome to access Amazon. My fan is blaring like an old 84 chevy. This PC is great for the price... it's compact, but still has room in the case for upgrades. One upgrade I will likely be making soon is replacing the fans. :-\
