I’ve only been using this about two weeks, but it seems to be great so far. I don’t feel like it makes me bloated and helps with my digestion. It’s odorless and tasteless, so mixing it with water or other supplements is easy and doesn’t give a yucky taste. It’s becoming a great addition to my morning routine.

I put it in my morning coffee. Dissolves well and there’s no taste. It works.

This is my 5th time ordering and ended up setting up a subscription and auto ship. Virtually no taste at all, you could mix this with anything. It makes my stomach feel less bloated and I've lost some weight since drinking this fiber. 10/10 recommend. Started taking this sugar free prebiotic 2 months ago, tastes great, wish it was larger in quantity. But this works lots of energy the following day and have keeps you regular.

It seems to be working ok. It is hard to tell with so many bio engineered and genetically altered foods that are sold in today’s grocery stores. I am very concerned about the long term effects on the human body and following generations. can someone please direct me to where I can research peer reviewed long-term studies? Thank youas for the product it is easy to swallow and mixes well in water. Not sure about digestion, but it seems to do OK. As for feeling good, I experience no change after three months of taking it on a daily basis.
