Love the Gazebo even though we had issues with the installer which I ended up firing and installed myself. That's a different review that you can look up. As far as the gazebo we had only one issue installing because we were missing 8 small brackets. One of the boxes arrived in poor shape and had a couple areas which were open so we assume the brackets fell out. I called Sojag and they shipped them out immediately so no big deal. The Gazebo itself is very nice. Great quality and overall easy to install. I gave it 3 stars only because I am having issues getting the accessory curtains, winter cover and winter support pole which the company offers separately. I wanted the clear curtains so we can have the protection from the wind and still enjoy the nature around us but the company said they will not be available until possible next season and we want something for this season. So my wife and I decided to settle for the solid curtains for this year. Those cannot be found anywhere in the US and Sojag does not sell directly to the US. You can only get accessories through third party companies and no one has any. We paid good money for the gazebo which had great reviews but we are very disappointed that we cannot find any of the accessories anywhere. When you email Sojag they do not get back to you in a timely manner if at all. I have sent at least 5 emails and have only received 1 reply back after over a week of waiting. As you can see from the picture the gazebo itself is beautiful but we cannot enjoy it the way we want to due to the issues getting the accessories. We set up an outdoor TV and heater after the photo was taken and plan on using the gazebo into the colder months but without the curtains we will not be able to. I hope Sojag reads the reviews so that they can see our disappointment.
