Easy to install? Yes, the carpenter did it. I was apprehensive about getting a sink through Amazon. But it was delivered in a box the size of Rhode Island! A huge cardboard box with strips of foam then spray-in foam then another cardboard box. It was well packed to say the least. I was able to get it out of the packing material and left it on the floor because it was too heavy to lift. It is now installed and I LOVE it. It looks clean and shiny and matches the new countertop. It’s beautiful! Now I just need to get rid of all the packing material and get my grandson not to toss his dishes into it when he comes over!

Extremely high quality, dimensionally perfect, and outstanding value at $200. This cast iron, enameled sink is dropped into its resident hole on the kitchen cabinet, and overlaps the edges of the cabinet surface to hold it up... the overlapping is what's implied by the term "self rimming". Due to this design feature, installation is extremely easy... no more than 45 minutes, plus whatever tomfoolery to spend time in cleaning, and adding DAP silicone around the rim. I also note that packaging is excellent, shipment is prompt, and that absolutely no hardware is supplied with the sink, or is needed.

I am unhappy with the experience because there is a chip in the front left corner of the enamel on the sink that was not disclosed to me prior to purchase. The description and explanation I was given for the discounted rate was that the original protective packaging was not in tact, but there was no mention of actual product damage, especially since it is so visible.I purchased the sink to install in my newborns nursery and I am due to give birth tomorrow. I do not have time to return and find something new, so I have decided to try and have the chip repaired when I have time after the baby arrives. I am disappointed that I will incur another expense and have to spend time to figure out the repair.I have learned my lesson and will not purchase an item that isn't new in the future.

We live in a 145 year old farm house. We were looking for the character our home deserves. This sink fits like a glove. It's beautiful and so far indestructible. We took a stainless steel double bowl sink to the dump and replaced it with this unit along with a Koehler basket wast. It was installed in new counter tops and looks absolutely beautiful. We couldn't be happier.

I had a hard time finding a sink that would fit in the kitchen without having to redo all the cabinetry. This was he perfect size! I wish it was matte, but yeah well- still looks great! Haven't used it yet as the disposal is not yet in.

Great-looking sink. Plumber had no trouble installing it. The free delivery that results from it's costing over $35 was a big plus since this is an 80-pound sink and it was delivered right to my door.

The sink is beautiful but heavy as expedited. My contractor installed this sink NOV-2015 and I liked it very much. Until now, JAN-2016, I find that it scratches very easily. I recently washed a ceramic bowl by hand and found cuts and scratches on the bottom of the sink. I was gentle and was not banging it around. I believe there isn't much coating surface in terms of millimeter depth when this sink was manufactured. I am surprised since this is a KOHLER. Prior to this shipment, I had to return two other (same) sinks because of shipping damages which i was promptly provided a new one. What I would like is return this sink because of the quality.
