Coromega Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement, 650mg of Omega-3s with 3X Better Absorption Than Softgels, Chocolate Orange Flavor, 90 Single Serve Squeeze Packets

After contacting [...] and requesting a free sample of this product, I searched my local shelves for this Omega 3 supplement. I had the option to purchase this product directly from the coromega website, but I decided to check amazon to see if I could get a better deal, low and behold I could. This is a great omega-3 supplement, far better quality then most other omega-3 supplements on the shelves. I was very leery about the taste; after all, this is a product of the ocean, but to my surprise it tastes just like orange chocolate. The packet is the perfect size to pack in my lunch bag, or to throw in my work bag. I had some of my co-workers try these after a couple nudges and they were surprised how good they taste as well. There is no icky aftertaste like you would think. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for high quality omega-3 supplement without swallowing a giant pill. If only they made glucosamine this easy too.

I've tried other types of Omega 3 products because my doctor suggested I add this to my diet. I have GERD and most of the capsules I've tried were impossible for me to take. I would get acid reflux at night and the fishy burps. But not with this product. I've only tried the orange with chocolate flavored packets and they are so good. It's hard to believe it's a supplement and not a candy. I don't know if there is a problem with overdosing on Omega 3 but I can see how kids would want more than one packet since they taste so good. I have no side effects with this brand and since I've been taking it regularly, I've noticed an improvement in my mood and my energy level.I think I'm going to try some of the other flavors too.

I'm on my fifth 90-day box. Each serving is said to contain the effective daily dose, but I enjoy the taste and effect so much, I take more. Honestly, the taste is strange, but not bad. Apparently there's menthol in the product, which produces a slight sensation when swallowed. I do find the orange and lime flavors more enjoyable. I'm an athlete, and using this decreases my stiffness and soreness. VERY noticeable. Can't personally make any claims to cognitive improvements, though I gave a box to my cousin, who swears there are some. Each packet contains a little less than a packet of ketchup, which sure beats taking MASSIVE pills that don't have half of the DHA/EPA contained in this. Best part is the price, and if you save your proof of purchase, send them in and get one free.

My kids Pediatrician recommends fish oil for all kids. My kids love these flavor packets, we have used them for years, though this is the first time they have tried this flavor. The kids love all the flavors. They are quick, easy, and convenient. When you go on vacation just grab the number of packets you need instead of a whole bottle of pills... The biggest advantage of these is no fishy burps like with the pills. Great product, yes it's more expensive than pills but as a busy mom I feel it's worth it since my kids will take it without a fight.

Delicious! But after 10 months of using this product, 1 packet in the morning and 1 packet before dinner, my cholesterol tests were actually worse. I eat a pescatarian diet and get my 10,000 steps in 5x a week.

I love the regular orange flavor Omega-3 supplement and thought I would try the chocolate version. I love chocolate, but this tastes more like burned coffee for some reason. Also, the packaging seems to have a problem on this batch where I have to use scissors to open each packet. If I try to tear it open the package separates in a strange way that is hard to describe, but it is not very usable.I am only giving this product 2 stars because I believe it still delivers the Omega-3 supplement. The flavor is not good and there is something wrong with the packaging in the batch I received. I am just going to stick with the regular orange flavor version from now on -- which I love (and gave 5 stars).

As a 16+ year vegetarian, I was extremely hesitant to do the fish oil thing. With so many reports on its undeniable and unparalleled health benefits to the brain heart, joints, skin, hair and body, I had to just say a blessing of gratitude and take the oil. As a vegetarian, I wanted to avoid gelatin. This lead me to this COROMEGA "paste." It's purportedly much more easily absorbed in the body anyhow, so a good choice even if you're not intentionally avoiding gelatin.I first tried the ORANGE W/A HINT OF CHOCOLATE, which was not so good. Yes, it tasted like chocolate fish. Yikes. After finishing that box, I went with the PLAIN ORANGE, which simply tastes like baby aspirin. I hold my breath when taking it (never having liked fish, even before becoming vegetarian), but an accidental taste test proved that the plain orange is much more palatable.As for the effects: I have a 27 degree curvature of the spine (Scoliosis) and am a walker-runner. Knee, neck, back and foot pain have ruled my life--not to mention dry, thinning hair and dry skin. After just a few days of taking this supplement, I noticed a difference in my knees. After a few weeks, I noticed a difference in my whole body. My hair is thicker and shinier, skin looks great, joins have almost no pain---PLUS I stopped taking my expensive vegetarian glucosamine/chondroitin. I'm almost disappointed in how well this product has worked. (I was secretly hoping to perceive no benefits, thus debunking the fish oil myth. Nope. It's not a myth. It's seriously beneficial.)I now swear by Coromega Orange, Source of Life Gold Liquid Tropical Fruit - 30 oz - Liquid and zinc lozenges. These three supplements (plus meditation, exercise, laughter and love, of course) have remarkably improved the quality of my health and therefore life.You will love the benefits of this product, I believe.
