This works incredibly fast! I try not to advertise too much, but man this diffuser has made an unbelievable change in our house! I can't believe how calm & chilled out everyone is. Even I feel calmer! Our new rescue kitty isn't hiding. In fact, she seems more confident. Nami (our oldest dog) isn't chasing her. Keitaro (Nami's half brother) is more relaxed as well. This really has created a Zen like atmosphere! 💜 I'm impressed - it's only been plugged in a few hours! 😳 If you're having behavioral issues or your pets have anxiety/trauma/etc, this is definitely worth trying. Our pups were puppy mill dogs & our cats are rescues. 3 of the kitties are fine, but our newest definitely has had some traumas. It's wonderful to see them all finally getting along & being so happy.Update: I'm seeing people whining about it containing essential oils and claiming false advertising. That's bollocks. It shows right on the one photo that it has essential oils in it. The box even says pheromones and essential oils. READ people. It's obvious within minutes of looking at the product. For those who apparently can't read, I've added pics of the listing with that information shown plainly on the photos. It literally takes a few moments to find this information. It even fully discloses which specific essential oils are in it. If it's too strong, use it intermittently or use a different product. This works wonders for our babies & my vet confirmed it's 100% safe for cats & dogs.

I have an abused kitty that had a rough life as a kitten. Many years of love and care have changed him dramatically, but there are still things that really stress him out and boy is moving one of them.I've only ever moved him once and he spent a week hiding under the bed and would only come out if is if I'm with him.Anyway, I plugged 2 of these in the same day we moved, and to my surprise, he was stressed about it but for the most part not really. I began to realize both my kitties are just chill and going about their day, smelling their new environment, etc...This stuff really worked wonders and it also lasts forever, I plugged it in 19 days ago and I only see it at half used. The smell itself is also pleasant for humans so not complaints there.My only issue was price since I only needed 2 of these temporarily. If they run out and my cats act up I'll know why and get some refills.

I have mixed feelings about this diffuser.The good: It's effect on my 3 cats was noticeably good. They became way less grouchy and more relaxed after only a couple of days' exposure.The bad: I ordered the diffuser and a refill plus another 2 pack of refills later after I saw how my cats reacted. I went through 1 vial that came with the and started on the refill that came with it after the first cartridge ran out. It did not last through the second cartridge that came with the unit. I have 1 pack of unopened refills.I ordered it on 8/22/22. I noticed over the holidays that the level hadn't dropped significantly but was too busy to pay it any mind. In January 23, I took a look at it and noticed that it was no longer warm to the touch and the power indicator light was off.There is power to the outlet it was on, so that's not the problem. It is picky about the direction it is installed when you plug it in. It cannot be upside down or sideways, it must be upright. This was noted and done correctly. This was clearly stated in the directions.The Ugly: I figured, well there are some defective units in every product from time to time, no problem. I'll just contact someone and ask about troubleshooting or a replacement.I have tried contacting customer support and have varying levels of non-success. I tried the amazon seller but have not heard back after a week.Next, I tried contacting the original manufacturer via the phone number on their website. It went straight to voice mail, had no greeting and didn't sound like I'd even reached a business "The caller you are trying to reach is not available, please leave a message" generic default vm greeting.Finally, when I tried emailing customer support, the email came back as invalid!! I tried the message them a couple of ways- once through the product support website and once via the auto-email link. I cc'd myself to be sure to see any replies, but both times, it came back as an invalid, undeliverable email.

Seems to work well! I have four cats and sometime they get testy with each other. Since plugging these in they have calmed down a good bit! Some Reviews mention a funky smell, I noticed nothing so take that however you want!Overall if you are looking for a good value for your money to help calm the kitties give this a try
