We have a guest apartment attached to our home and I found myself vacuuming it constantly. This little robot vac does his job at 2 pm daily, when he wakes himself up, announces he is ready to begin work, and off he goes, working a grid pattern and going up an over most obstacles. Best of all is he empties himself!!! I am quite fond of "Jawshua", lol!!!

Update: buyer beware!Do not buy from this seller. They sent me a defective product and charged me a 50% restock fee because it was broken when I received it. I returned it rather than get the problem fixed because it was so loud. I highly recommend going through actual amazon or the actual vacuum company. Not this so call company that just wants to take your money.I bought it refurbished. It came in box recapped. It was scuffed up on the front and top. I thought it would be like brand new. After one go around the house the bristles were completely flat. It also doesn't seem to pick up much dog hair even on max. Once it docks and goes into the "bin" it's so loud. It also never goes into the big bin.

We really like this, the automatic emptying feature is great. It would be nice if it worked better on pet hair. Over all as a carpet maintainer I think these robot vacs work just fine. You will still need to vacuum at least once per month.

I have tried several other brands and ended up returning them or just writing off the money I spent. However, the Shark IQ has changed my mind about robo vacuums. This is the second one I have purchased. The first is still going strong after 2+ years. Maintance is easy, just take apart the basic covers and pull out the filters, clean everything up, wipe it down and put it back together. It will last you years!

Not impressive but serves the purpose but my fault for not buying new

Product did not come in the original box, but was packaged well and everything was in clean plastic wrap. Came with instructions. The filters all look brand new and it came with brand new side brushes. The robot vacuum and dock were in like new condition. As advertised! Works better than our old robot vacuum! No issues. Very pleased.

Great vac. Having multiple cats and dogs I needed one that would empty itself out. I've noticed a lot less pet hair on my furniture since getting it. This is my 3rd one and my favorite of all.
