Appear to be a nice size to use as a coaster and the tail lays flat on the table when I tried them out. Seem good enough quality for the price point.

Got these for my cousin as a Christmas present, she loved them!!! She's an big cat lover and a few Christmases ago I got her cat butt refrigerator magnets which were a hit and seen these and knew she'd love them!
