Way better quality than I was expecting!
I kind of bought this on a whim, i am a huge Witcher fan and saw this for $40, had to order one. Wow, they are great quality for the price. Very straight, clean edges, and no chipped or missing bits that usually happen shipping cheap foam swords. Loved it so much i had to get another one.

It awesome!!!
It comes in a really big box. 😂 no warping, nothing broken and you just can’t help yourself when you pull it out. Imagining as if you are a warrior fighting a battle and down goes your enemy with every swing until you break a lamp and a hush falls over the room, then comes the voice of the wife “Honey, what was that noise?”

Great for cosplay or just display.
Wonderful sword. My kid loves it.

Pretty nice
Not cheap looking, goodsize, and real.

Good, for its price
The sword is well made for a foam material. My only complaint is the weight imbalance from the blade to the hilt. It creates a flimsy feeling at the cross guard. Good for display cosplays, not incredibly useful in true LARPing.

Better than anticipated
Arrived in perfect condition. Much more durable than previously thought from the original description. I was under the impression that it was foam, but if it is, it's closer to a plastic than a foam in terms of durability. It's a good weight, doesn't bend easily and holds its shape and shine...exactly like you would want for any fair-quality costume prop. Not something that would harm safety-wise, as it's technically foam, so even a kid could use it, but it's real enough as far as appearance from not too far of a distance. Suitable for Renaissance festivals, comic-con or just plain fun. Would buy again if I needed more.

Good sword for looks, bad sword for LARP or any gameplay.
Product is made of soft plastic but is definitely not a foam sword I would use in LARP or games with other players. It is very rigid and is designed to be aesthetically pleasing, but is not sturdy enough to be used for a beating. This is not good for rough swordplay and should be treated like a club rather than a sword. The sword is aesthetically pleasing enough. The guard is too thin and not reinforced to be made out of this material. The quickest solution would be to carefully split it off, then weave a fiberglass rod or metal insert into the sword before resealing or glueing it back onto the sword. This particular sword has a particular problem with it - the entire sword is too light yet whippy, making the sword very strange to handle compared to a real sword. This makes it good perhaps for fancy demonstrations, but if it only works in fancy demonstrations, in my opinion, it doesn't work at all. I would look for something better if this is your first. If you are only buying it for the Renaissance Fair or a costume character - go for it. If you are looking for something to bring to LARP, I recommend buying LARP-recommended products only or try Calimacil or Medieval Collectibles websites for high-quality foam swords that can be used for sword play. There are also youtube tutorials you can use to build your own buffer sword or a give you necessary equipment to make your own neo-realistic foam swords. The materials are available for purchase on Amazon or most local hardware stores.
