Very disappointed. No volume. Volume button badly restored and jammed in. I won't be buying from this seller again. We paid £ 200 and have returned the item.

Bought one for my daughters Christmas after getting one for myself one week earlier, should have checked it on receiving it, on opening it Christmas Day it had a broken screen in the top right corner. Still works and does not interfere with view, my only concern is it is broken and could give a sore finger if run across sharp part. Not sure if damage was already there went sent or done in transit hence 3 stars. Can’t send back as did not register it for guarantee when received and had it for weeks before Christmas.

Keeps turning off when I'm using it

Purchased an IPad2 for my husband (I already own one) & was upgraded to an Ipad3.Unfortunately what I wasn't tild was that you cannot download ANY apps. They all require IOS 10 and this has 9.3.5 So apart from accessing the Internet it's useless. When I questioned this i was offered to purchase an upgrade! I was offered a refund but this should be pointed out before getting to the very disappointing point of finding all this out when you've purchased it as a gift. My very own ipad2 has higher IOS and all the apps so it is possible.I cannot Skype. Have eBay. Amazon. My banking app. Nothing!

iPad very slow and won't charge past 7%, charger gets very hot and potential fire hazard,

.This is a good looking i pad but it is an older model and the bluetooth is not compatible with a lot of my stuff which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I think I will give it to one of the kids where it will become a very expensive conduit for games or downloading music!

I am very pleased with my purchase of the ipad2.The second one that I have had.As far as I concerned it is equally as good as a new one.And at a bargain price.I would definitely use your company again.Thank you
