Recital Preference Wild Ombre by L'Oreal Paris Light Brown to Dark Brown

I have dyed my hair countless times and countless colours and this gave me the look I wanted. The colour doesn't have an orangey tint, it is a gradual blondey colour. It is just what I wanted and it was so simple.

I was somewhat sceptical at first as to whether to try this on my daughters hair. Fearing some bad results and a salon vist to rectify a possible hair travesty. However I was left feeling quite smug with the outcome. My daughter loves it. She has mid to dark brown hair and I wanted a subtle result suitable for school but enough to feel as though she had had a bit of a makeover. The results are natural and not stark as I had feared. The product was very easy to use and the development time was quick. Mess and stress free.

Would.not.reccomend.everIt has got to be the biggest lie out there.1) the girl on the box hair is dark brown//black and it does not go that light2) it makes your hair go ginger3) it doesn't blend, leaves patchy//stripy hairI already had slightly ombré hair and I just wanted to touch it up and it left me with big blotches so I had to dye my whole hair dark brown before it was less noticeable.Waste of money and time!!

Ok, if you want a subtle colour change then it's the right one for you... I wanted a noticeable ombre that really goes lighter at my ends and, well it's only a couple of shades lighter and you can hardly see it. I also put some in my fringe and in a couple of strands of hair and it didn't show at ALL!!

I wanted to color my hair ombre at home and found this as a solution. I have dark brown hair and this package is meant for just that, however, my hair didn't come close to the picture on the package despite using it 2 times 45 mins on the ends of my hair. I followed the instructions carefully and the result for me was that my hair turned slightly brown/reddish. Most of my friends just thought that my hair was lighter due to the sun.

Fabulous product for a fabulous price - I've given it 4/5 because the instructions were a little lacking - but I'm not a hair dyeing guru by any stretch of the imagination, and neither is my step mum who actually did the dyeing.My hair is very, very dark brown so the ends did not turn blonde; instead they're a lovely subtle auburn brown/caramel and I love it.

I used this product to put Ombré highlights through my brown hair.

I found it very easy to use, ive got very dark brown hair verging on black and it definitely made my hair lighter. the only thing I would say is if you have very dark hair used the whole lot. I only used half of it and my hair hasn't come out as light as I would like it to be but im going to use it again for sure!

Très pratique à appliquer. faire en plusieurs temps pour un meilleur dégradé. Je l'ai fait sur une coloration rouge donc dégradé du rouge/léger roux/blond. bien hydrater après. Satisfaite.
