Porthos Home Mid-Century Modern Crawford Coffee Table

This is my third time trying to write a review and Amazon is not publishing my reviews. Do not waste your time buying this item. I have had issues since the beginning. I first received a baby crib instead of the coffee table. After a phone call with them, they resent the item. However, the coffee table I received is pictured above. I received a damaged table!!!!! I have called multiple times trying to get this resolved and nothing has been done, except for "I'm sorry for your inconvenience." The desc. is inaccurate, as the legs color do not match the pictures. I purchased a side table to match this and now I have nothing to match it to bc of this defective item. Anytime I have had an issue with an amazon purchase from a 3rd party is it promptly resolved. But items sold and fulfilled by Amazon do not get any resolution!!!!

The joints were visible right in the middle of the table top making it look cheap & manufactured. The color was really orange/red, not a brown wood tone. It was hard to capture the color in the pics...one pic was with the flash, the other was in shadows. I can't speak to the assembly or other quality aspects because I returned it. I would have sent it back because of the visible joints, but it arrived with a nick in the table top. The shipping box had the same nick. The return process was fast and easy.

It looks exactly as pictured, and color is true. It's quite nice! My table has a couple of tiny little valleys in the surface of the wood, each about the size of a nickel. So the surface is 98% smooth and flat, with those two nickel sized very very minor divers. I don't mind at all, and you can barely tell they are there, but just fyi. I"m very happy with the coffee table. It's sturdy and was easy to put together.

The item came damaged but we didn't have time to return or replace. It's OK. Would b nicer if it were made with better materials. You get what you pay for. Very soft wood scratches and dents easily.

I like the look but the wood is delicate and dents easily. One of the legs has broken. I wish it was sturdier.

It’s bigger than you think. It was only 8 screws to assemble took 5 minutes, you only have to mount the feet. It took longer to inbox than assemble. Great bullet proof boxing and idiot proof assembly. It’s sturdy. The only complaint is the finishing on the underside which can be visisble from the right angle as seen in pics.

It’s so easy to assemble, looks great, and all for a good price. Unfortunately, mine had 2 small imperfections, but overall I’d recommend this to everyone!
