The media could not be loaded. This adhesive works great for my urostomy barrier ring and pouch. I've tried several other adhesives over the years and this is the most effective one I've found. It creates a strong bond between my appliance and my skin and helps prevent leaks. I've been using it for over a year now and it has improved my wear time. I had to work with it in the beginning to learn that it needs a little time to dry after I put it on my pouch and ring BEFORE I attach them to my skin. Following that step makes it work best. I hope this review helps other ostomates.

I use this spray with my backless strapless adhesive silicone bra. The silicone loses its stickiness after just a few uses regardless of how carefully you wash it to renew the adhesive. Using this spray makes the bra reusable for years. I spray it on the inside of the cups, let it dry for a minute or two, then apply. It's sticky enough that it stays put until I take it off, even if I get a bit sweaty or leave it on for a day or two. My son can also use this spray to keep his diabetes hardware adhered to his skin for several days. I can lift and readjust it one time when first putting it on and it'll still stick pretty well. When I'm ready to remove the bra, I can simply peel it off with no problem, and it does not hurt. I thought I'd have to use adhesive remover to get it unglued, but I don't need it. It does leave your skin very, very sticky after you take it off, so you'll need something to remove the adhesive residue, but I have no trouble pulling the silicone bra off without remover. I think the only downside to this product is that it's very expensive. It works. But it'll cost you.

I have a colostomy and I use this product in addition to the adhesive the bag comes with. I apply a generous layer to the wafer on the bag and also on the skin around my stoma. You then want to smear it all around the area to be adhered with your finger. Let it dry so that it is only tacky to the touch, so nearly completely dry. This will seem odd but trust me this is what you need to do for best results. As a side note I use a hair dryer on medium to speed up the drying time. You will need to use the Skinster adhesive remover to get your skin nice and clean for the next application.

Item was shipped quick and secure. The product itself is great. It does the job. My bags have stayed on as long as six days! Prior to this I used Hollister (provided to me by the hospital that did my colo-rectal surgery). Then I ran out and came to find Hollister discontinued it! this was my first try at a replacement and it works! Now my ostomy application skills have improved since this started in August too. My prep is improved. The Hollister bag I use by itself can do the Mon-Thurs/tues=Fri bag change schedule I use but this adhesive gives me a feeling of security, like a extra layer of coverage.It removes easily with standard adhesive remover. I only need a few drops to make a circle using my finger around the stoma, put the bag atop it (with proper skin prep FIRST) and whallah, I have a bag that rarely leaks now.Now when my ostomy nurse puts a bag on me without medical adhesive the seal lasts from Mon-Thurs or Tues = Friday. When I do the same sometimes I get the same result sometimes my bags seal will begin to weaken early and I have to apply a strip or a drop of this stuff to reinforce my work. So whether its a failing of prep on my part or my lack of expertise I'm not sure. I do know that when I use this stuff it gives me the psychological edge to get off my butt and go to a meeting, a walk, a drive etc... that I did not have at first.

I sprayed this on the breasts waited for it to get tacky. Now I can be around the house topless. When I shake my Martini, they bounce nicely and stay in place. I love it!
