Q: Dose it work with PS4?

Any headphones work with a ps4 as long as you have it plugged to into the controller and changed the audio settings on the PS4 from chat audio to all audio. But I don't recommend these for gaming or listening to music. Check out the ghosttek so drop 2.0.. well worth the money

Q: I removed them, but very hard to place it back. How do you put them back?

You have to slide them between the lip of the headphone

Q: Would these be comfortable for an eyeglass wearer?

Yes, I use them for hiking and weight training with my glasses and have not found any issues.
