Samsung BD-J7500 3D Smart Blu-Ray Disc Player with HDMI Cable + Remote + FiberTique Cleaning Cloth

This is the 2nd BD-J7500 I have purchased. I luved the other one so much I ordered the 2nd one. However..since it was for my bedroom.. I didn't really use it much til my Gkids came over. I thought their movies were defective bcuz they kept getting stuck at about 1/2into the movie. Then recently I was settled down to enjoy movies in bed & had the same problem. It won't play past the middle of the movie. I googled reviews & learned a lot of other people had the same problem with these😣. The one that does work is fantastic but its sad that now I'm out a great DVD player. & won't chance ordering another knowing that I'm either going to get the best product.. Or another LEMON.. Such a shame as the DVD player that works is so great.

this one was a new one which was what i thought i purchased the first time. thank goodness it was! so far, the setup was easy, new apps from samsung were easy to get and the player works great for what i needed.

There are occasions when the unit simply goes to a black screen, No "fixes" offered by company. Happens less than 10% of the time but annoying when it occurs.Great upscaling and works well with my wi-fi

The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of a 5 is that the set up was not very user friendly. Had to go online and search for answers because the user manual (as is often the case anymore) provided little instruction. It took forever for me to find instructions on how to find the Netflix app and then move it to the home page so I could just click on it and log in automatically. However, once I got it set up it seems to work just fine.

I bought this bluray player to replace an LG player which had gone bad. It worked perfectly out of the box with no problems. Setup is very easy and doesn't take long to complete. As I use Netflix quite abit, the streaming feature was important to me and that works just fine on the BD-J7500. I would by this product again in a heart beat.

Freezes constantly, lacks most common streaming applications, and rejects common file formats from a network device or physical drive that is plugged in. Buy a streaming stick or ore compact player from another brand instead. This device is only a few months old and I consider it a failed product.

Good value for money, most of the brick and mortar stores don't stock these items any more, you have to order it.

Excellent 3D Blu-ray player. This replaced my LG 3D Blu-ray player. Easy setup. Easy to operate. Would buy again.
