I used it for my tummy

This was my first time trying slim patches, and was a little nervous at first. Just peel off the back strip, and stick it to your tummy button, making sure that the small magnet is touching your tummy button.You can now go about your day without a care in the world. Make sure you keep active throughout your 8 hours of wear, and remove it after that.You only need to wear the patch for a maximum of 8 hours per day, and add a new one each day.You must attach new patch each day, and do not share these patches with anyone!The only thing that I did not like about them was when it was time to remove them, as they seem to really stick on the skin, so remove really carefully. Also the red patch seem to stick around the tummy button, and you really have to use your nails, to lift around the edges as it really does get stuck. ☹️Overall, a really good product, and I've already started to see a difference, around the tummy area, and you have enough patches for 30 days!Good luck to all, and I hope it works for you too!
