I don't usually write reviews but I really wanted to with this product. First of all I am so happy that it has cleaner ingredients. Also I have seen other reviews about the smell. It's not nearly as strong as other ones on the market. It smells much better in my opinion. I got the light to medium one and I was concerned about how light it dark it would be. I am very pale so I didn't want anything too drastic and the light to medium was prefect! It's not blotchy and went on really well. I blended it was my tanning mitt and avoided my hands and feet and it turned out really good. The night before I put the lotion on I exfoliated and shaved along with moisturized my whole body with a body butter and I don't feel like my knees, ankles, or elbows are darker than the rest on my body. I put it in last night so I'm not sure how long it's going to last yet but so far I am very pleased!If I was to give advice for better results I'd say exfoliate and shave the night before and put a good moisturizing body butter on and then the next night use a tanning mitt to apply and blend. Wash your hands and dry them and then use the mitt to blend into your wrists and do the same thing with your feet so they're aren't harsh lines.

I’ve used countless different types of sunless tanners, and this is BY FAR my favorite. It’s a lotion that doesn’t streak. Like, at all. First time I used it, I kept rubbing it in and it kept getting whiter - like when you use sun screen that doesn’t seem to rub in. But… it’s SUPPOSED TO. So you can see where you’ve applied it. Best part: within 15 minutes, it’s dry enough to put on your clothes and not have to deal with stain transfer. That ALSO means it doesn’t stain my sheets if I apply it before I go to bed. It dries totally even, and it’s not a funky orange color on me. I have really fair skin, and I use the light to medium, and it looks natural. After one application, it looks like I spent a day in the sun. I’ve applied it twice over 3 days, and it still looked natural, but like I live in the sun. I will likely never try another sunless tanner after this one!

’ve been using Beauty By Earth Self Tanner for a few weeks now, and I really like the natural-looking color it gives. It’s not too orange or fake-looking like some other self-tanners I’ve tried. The lotion has a pleasant scent—not too strong or chemical-smelling—which makes the application more enjoyable.It’s easy to apply and dries fairly quickly, but it does take several hours to fully develop the color, so you have to be patient. The tan fades gradually and evenly, which is a plus. I just wish it built up a little faster or was a bit darker, but for a subtle glow, it’s great.Overall, I’d recommend it if you want a gentle, natural-looking self-tan without a lot of fuss. I think this is my brand and I won't use anything else.

I really really want to absolutely love this stuff because it’s better for you than the typical self-tanner lotion, but the last couple times I’ve used it it has left me a little more orange than I’d like. I have sensitive skin and coarse leg hair, so shaving and exfoliating sometimes leaves my skin irritated and I avoid doing it every day. This tanner probably works best on regularly shaved/exfoliated skin. That being said, I will continue to use it even though it leaves me a little orange- could also just be that I need the lighter version!It’s convenient that it’s a lotion and doesn’t have to be washed off. I believe the package says it dries within 15 min but if you live somewhere more humid, you’ll probably be feeling a little sticky past that 15 minute mark. I’ve noticed it leaves me a bit sticky for an hour or so, but it’s not to the point where it keeps me from getting dressed or sitting on furniture. I have not noticed any rubbing off or staining, luckily!If you’re looking for a cleaner self-tanner, I wouldn’t hesitate to try this one out. Maybe I’ll try the lighter color next time, but for now I’ll use this one up and just try to make sure I’m well exfoliated and moisturized before using.

I have several bottles of unused tanner in my bathroom. They will be tossed out since finding this lotion. I wouldn’t go as far as to say it doesn’t smell, but it’s not as strong as any of the others I’ve tried… And I’ve tried many. I like how it goes on white so you can see where you are applying it. It says to avoid the knees and ankles, but I skim right over it and I don’t have any weird darkening spots in those areas. It is so subtle and every morning after I use it I’m shocked at how Tan I look. I have not laid out in the sun once since summer and my legs look fabulous. Even had a couple of friends last week mentioned how nice my legs looked and had to reveal my secret. They have since purchased this as well.

I am one of those people who has white and sensitive skin, no matter how much I go to the beach to sunbathe I do not get the color that I so desire so I have to use a bronzer and this is the best one I have bought, it is made with precise organic ingredients for my sensitive skin, it leaves your skin soft, an even tone when you apply it, very easy to use, it absorbs quickly and does not leave streaks or a false color, the product is large and the best of all is that when you apply it the color lasts up to a week ... you will not regret buying it !!!
