I like this product a lot, and will purchase it again. It is soft, comfortable, and non-irritating. Moreover, it is what I consider to be a far healthier choice than other brands. It does not have any scent, which I like a lot, as I am not fond of the scents used in other similar products. It absorbs a lot of urine, but I didn't notice any urine smell, nor did I notice any leakage from the pad or in my underwear. I was really surprised by this when I took it off. I did not feel like I was wearing a bulky, wet pad. It appeared the pad was absorbing in sections, and would move on to the next section when one was full. It adheres well to my underwear, but I wear cotton underwear - briefs, not bikinis. It may not work as well with other fabrics. The adhesive is strong, though, and still works well even after some adjusting for that first fit and wear. I was concerned about it showing from the back, so I positioned it higher on the front side, and made sure to flatten out any excess. It is a large pad. I bought it for those times when I am doing physical labor and not able to get to a bathroom, and have experienced leaks. I think it would also be good for a road trip. I do not think it is any more expensive than any other healthy store brands I have purchased. This is my first time using an "ultimate-type" pad, though. I usually just get the thin ones, but sometimes use 3 at a time - but I haven't used the thin ones of this brand yet. So, it just makes more sense to get a thicker pad. I like that the pads are individually wrapped. It would be nice to have some kind of pull tab on the outside bag, though, and a somewhat looser bag. The bag is a tight fit around the pads. I wouldn't want to cut open the bag, and cut into the pads. I think I covered everything.

Very good product. I had so much trouble with irritation, chafing, etc. With other brands. All-cotton, long length, thickness, and absorbency are very good and very comfortable. So glad I got onto this product!

Very comfortable, good absorption. These also do not cause me to sweat so much, and are less irritating than other brands. Although expensive, I will be buying this item again.

These have exceeded my expectations. Excellent product. Dries quickly. Eco friendly & comfortable. So happy I found this product. Will buy again.

I am going through a rough time with an intense and long running asthma exacerbation. The intense coughing causes bladder leakage, not just a little, a lot!!! I tried several incontinence pads before finding Attn: Grace! I love them! So absorbent, I have the long ones and they make me confident that I won't leak so I can go out in the world without worry! They are not plasticy (is that a word), don't have an artificial "cover up the urine smell" smell, but at the same time they don't smell like urine and stay in place! Hopefully I won't need them for long, but in the meantime I will use Attn: Grace! Great product!!!

I had to try this because other similar products were harsh against my skin. These are very soft and quite nice however, they quickly lose their shape and dont provide adequate coverage so there may be leakage. Now for the funny part - i had taken the pads out of the Amazon packaging and left them on the table. Next thing I see are 2 of my cats rubbing all over the package and biting through it. I realize it's plant base, can one of the plants happen to be Catnip??? 🤣🤣

I’m sorry but these are the best pads I’ve ever used by far. After so many name brand name products that just doesn’t do the job quite right. I’m so glad that I chose this product. Adhesive strength is great, not bulky what so ever, no odor and sticks pretty good on any panty. Also my skin felt no irritation at all. Very eco friendly and holds everything in the pad no leakage. Love this product.

These pads are good and gives good protection, however, to doesn’t always stay in place and slips backwards creating a bulk one can see through clothes. I would recommend better in place adhesive. The quality is fine. I was not happy with the eco friendly material and when ordering thought they had all non- toxic materials
