This is my first time trying a dry body brush. My doctor recommended it as a behavioral intervention to OCD symptoms.The set comes in a really pretty box including a cloth bag to store all the items in. It really felt like I was unboxing a new iPhone or something! There are kind notes included with recommendations on how to use and clean the tools, what to do if the bristles are to hard or two soft and multiple modes of communication to the company. I believe this set was put together with care and Belula takes extra effort to ensure satisfaction.Feels good, reaches everywhere, multiple options on how to hold the brushes, effective exfoliation, and a beautiful design. Worth it!I used the brushes while standing in the shower before turning on the water. It has become a kind of calming meditative practice.

I absolutely love the body brush and the face, neck and hand brush! It’s definitely helping me take off the old Crepe layer of skin and making my skin so soft. You just very lightly use these brushes. Especially the face and neck and hand brush. (If you find it too rough, put a bit of olive oil on it the first time and lightly go up your neck and up your face and up your hands.) I end each dry brushing session with olive oil on my skin.It’s heavenly!

I was uncertain if this would work for me because my skin is very sensitive. It worked perfectly and look forward to using it. I use it about once a week. The brush for my face took a little more getting use to. I can see the difference of smoother and more radiant skin, so it's worth it.

They call this a "Dry Brush" but seriously, I never ever had used any boar bristle brush as a "dry" brush. It holds up well and drains well. I use it in the shower all the time with body wash and it does wonders to removing all that dead skin from one's body. At the least, with water on you, as you scrub, it will wash away all that dead skin, then you just follow up with a washing cloth.My last brush that I had, wasn't from this group, and it had a rubber grip around the handle, this one doesn't have that and is just the wood. The wood is nice and polished so with that you don't get blisters but it can be a bit hard to grasp if you have any soap on your hands, and especially any hair conditioner as that is quite slick.One of the key aspects of this brush is you can take it apart, yes, the head is removable and you can plop it right back on. It has a hand strap so you can put it in your hand and scrub away in areas where you don't need the pesky handle in the way. This is the second biggest reason that I purchased this brush, because a lot of the brushes you find in the store, such as Wal-Mart will have the head of their brushes non removable. The head will stay in the brush if you keep it there as well, it is wood, and wood swells when wet, locking it in.Like all things, "Wood" don't let this brush "dry" out. Seriously. See I know people that blow dry their hair, and bodies and some that crank the heater up to 85 F in winter, well I tell ya, wood cracks when dry so don't do it.

The packaging was top notch, and could easily be given as a gift. The dry brushes are well constructed and should last a long time. Directions were included, which were very helpful, as this is my first time drybrushing. The bristles were just right for a newbie or anyone drybrushing. I didn't think they were too soft or too stiff when using. The size of the body brush was perfect and the detachable long handle is genius!

I'm pleased with the purchase of this dry brush set. Solid wood brushes with medium stiff natural bristles. The facial brush bristles are tough and I'll have to work up to regular use. The body brush can be used with hand strap or with long handle to reach back areas. The gloves are a nice bonus. Nice packaging with descriptive informational pamphlet included. Arrived in great condition and in a timely fashion.

The brush bristles were the perfect blend of hard and soft - great at stimulating blood flow but not irritating skin or leaving marks. Brush extender was very easy to use and I loved the exfoliating gloves that were included! I would definitely recommend!

This product is beautifully made and is the perfect addition to my new self care routine. My skin loves to be brushed! It felt amazing! And I followed it up with the exfoliating gloves the comes with it in the shower. I can’t wait to continue to do this ritual and see/feel the wonderful benefits.I highly recommend! I think this will be the perfect gift to give to the wonderful women in my life this holiday season too! Great price for something something small yet impactful.
