easy to work with
Great consistency, good smell (don't go sniffing it though!). Great assembly grease for bearings.

A breath of fresh air (literally)
For a little while I've been using Park Tool's Polylube, and whilst that worked great, it absolutely stank - stank out my bike and my hands. In the past, I used Peatys Bicycle Assembly Grease, switched to Polylube, but then switched back to this because I like using it so much. After a detour with Park Tool's Polylube, I'm thrilled to be back to Peaty's Bicycle Assembly Grease. While Polylube certainly worked, its offensive odor drove me back to the distinctly more pleasant experience of Peaty's.One place in particular that I've used this on is inside my seat tube where it meets the seat post as that is metal-on-metal contact and I want to avoid scuffing it up with a gripping paste or anti-seize compound, especially since I change the height of my saddle depending on whether I choose to wear flat shoes or platforms. This grease works great for that application, though I do have to use a bit more torque to tighten it down to avoid it slipping. As I replaced my bike's old flip up seatpost with a suspension seatpost, I have to remove it every time I want to take the battery out to charge it, which is no big deal, but when I used Polylube, every time I did I would get hit with an awful stench, which is why I'm back to using Peatys and I haven't looked back.Another place I've used it is on the spindle inside my pedals. I have cheap pedals I found off Amazon, and as such they came with the really high viscosity glue-like grease that cheaper pedals always seem to come with. I replaced that grease with this and it works great owing to it's slickness. I'm not out here competing in races - I'm just looking to get around and to work - but it makes my pedal strokes much easier and feel silky smooth. It also has the added benefit of making my pedals just *spin* when I slap them, which it always fun.Overall, I would highly recommend this product for anyone who's environmentally conscious looking for a slick and waterproof grease that doesn't have an abhorrent stench.

Does exactly what you need it to
does what you expect it to and smells great! My only critique is the nozzle (or lack of) could do with either a built-in nozzle or a removable one to make application easier in tight spaces like a BB shell or crown races

Excellent grease
I like the smell you when old-school grease meets metal - but the fruity yet crisp smell of this one here has something to it I love. It smells clean and modern, and goes well with the idea of handling modern light weight bikes. As to performance, it’s great: no gumming up, easy application, and it stays in place. Used it on different threads throughout the road bike assembly (pedals, bottle cage bolts, etc) and liked it so much I cleaned the parts on my CX bike and replaced the grease there with this one.Remember: where metal meets metal you have to use grease if you want to take it apart again at some point.

Very Useful
I purchased this on a whim during a project bike build and I am so glad I did. It has proven to be very useful, not only for the bike related uses but have also used it a couple of times on the car and for house DIY jobs. Great product
