Victory 3-Burner Propane Gas Grill With Infrared Side Burner - BBQ-VCT3BSB-LP

I've had this grill for about two years. It sits on my back patio uncovered. Let me tell you the stainless steel, although thin, is of top quality. No rust and it fires up nice and easy every time. The searing burner works awesome and the grill gets nice and hot. Cooking on it is a breeze.

Before purchasing, I came across reviews suggesting that the grill's cabinet was wobbly and felt cheap. However, upon receiving the product, I found it to be sturdy and well-built. It's possible that earlier versions lacked the Cart Support Bar, which seems to have addressed these concerns.Having used the grill several times over the past few weeks, I have no complaints thus far. The burners are consistent, and the installation was straightforward, although I chose not to use the side shelves. I've attached images showcasing the unit from various angles, including the capped off valve for the searing burner shelf.While my wife handles most of the cooking and feels it's too early to provide comprehensive feedback, I'll revisit with more insights later. Additionally, I've included additional measurements in my review, which I found lacking in the product information prior to ordering.The decision to retain the wheels on the unit was a personal one, as the previous homeowner had removed them and built a platform for the cabinet instead. Ultimately, I chose this grill for its size, price, and warranty, all of which met my requirements.One notable aspect of the packaging was the individually wrapped hardware, which made it easy to ensure everything was accounted for before assembly. However, if I were to offer constructive criticism, I'd mention two points. Firstly, the measurements provided in the manual were too simplistic, prompting me to provide additional details in this review. Secondly, the delivery process through Amazon was inconvenient, requiring a signature and disrupting my workday unnecessarily. Just use Amazon key, take a picture in my garage and move onto the next delivery. A more streamlined delivery method would have been appreciated.

Overall the grill seems great and I am a bit disappointed in the quality of workmanship. As you can see from the pics. Sanding or grinding of the edges is a bit rough, along with the under panel for the hood being marked up and dented. I had no problem with putting this together and all in all it was pretty easy. Another pic shows my doors are a bit off which needs some adjustments but although I tried a few doesn’t seem to work. Not too noticeable unless you are staring at the grill. Grill started right up so there are no issues there. I guess because it was a big purchase for me, I wanted it to be perfect. Haven’t cooked on it yet but I am very hopeful. This craftsmanship may need to have a better quality program to make sure that my issues don’t happen to often. I mainly purchased because of the awesome warranty. And I was tired of the old char broil etc grills. Hopefully this one will last us a very very long time.

Pretty straightforward to set up, works great and cooks evenly

Disappointed in this grill. The grates and flavor bars are falling apart and corroded after only two full seasons of use.Unable to get replacement parts despite the lifetime warranty as the vendor says the item has been discontinued.

Great grill until you need parts. Great warranty for the parts but unfortunately a terrible supply chain to support the warranty and get the parts that you need. Also be aware that third party parts are hard to come by in the market place so you may have a tough time getting replacements outside of the warranty.

Easy to assemble. Grill is very sturdy. Immediate ignition. Looking forward to breaking it in with variety of foods

Amazon and BBQ Guys both did an amazing customer service job! One of the greats was a little warped, and we contacted both Amazon and the vendor. Within a couple of days we had a new great! The item is called a built and fairly easy to put together. Great job, and we are very happy!
