I REALLY wanted to like this. The automotive dept. at Honda tells me that this bad boy blew out my cigarette lighter! Now that sounds all kinds of dicey: my car is 3 years old, a Honda, and I've never before used the lighter feature. But the dealership told me that was what happened and that it would cost $ 134.00 to replace the lighter. I didn't replace it, because I didn't want to replace it only to zap it out again by using this purifier. So I'm doubly stuck. This is a non-functioning product (I never got to see it function at all) and I have a broken cigarette lighter in my car.

I don't notice one shred of difference to the air quality nor the smell of smoke. I also filled the little sponge with essential oils to act as an air freshener - I think if I dripped a couple of drops on to the carpet, it would work better. Not recommended.

This product was even better than expected! I haven't tried to use the essential oils part, but my car smelled so fresh and clean almost immediately after plugging in! I'm a smoker so my car isn't the cleanest smelling and the air blows a funky smell for a while after turning the car on and this product took the smell away before I could even notice the weird smell from the air blowing!

I didn’t find it to work at all. The place for scents doesn’t emit anything. This unit also emits a high frequency noise that will drive you crazy.

I am not sure about effectiveness of this product. By curiosity I opened it and found a good quality components but I can't feel diference when I use it

This was for my daughter in laws car! She loves it and said it makes a big difference. Now my son wants one for his car.

The first two days this thing worked really well, I have two dogs so sometimes that's all I can smell in the car. After the first two days, it wouldn't even turn on.
