auto turner quit working!
I purchased TWO of these and both of them quit working about a week in. I didn't notice at first, and when I DID notice, I tried the 2nd top. Still no turning. I fear I am at this point too late, and will have lost the whole hatch. I was not offered a replacement, only refund.

Progressive review Day 1, 7, 14, hatch!
I purchased this unit from EBay as another reviewer did. Paid only $50, so thought I didn't have much to lose. However, upon seeing it in person, I wish I'd just spent a little more on something better. Pros: Inexpensive, nice looking, easy set up. I was able to set it up even though the directions were horrible. Easy to adjust temperature setting. Just press "set" and + or - and "set" again. Heated up quickly. Cons: Only has a Celsius reading, Unit temperature didn't match my hygrometer reading, Held temperature consistently and humidity (in a 70 degree basement) when testing, but once I added the eggs temperature fluctuated a lot! This is my main complaint. Any outside temperature change affects this a lot! I'm so far constantly having to adjust and monitor it. Since my eggs went it, the temp has fluctuated from 99.8 to 101.2 to 98.4....It's making me very nervous and my eggs are less than 24hours in the unit! Oh...And when I added the recommended 100ml of water, the humidity was like 80 percent! Way too high. I soaked up the water with paper towels and that brought it back to 50 percent. It only needs like a 1/4 tsp. of water to start. Another con: It was supposed to be auto-turning and hold 9-12 eggs. I have large eggs, and it won't fit 9 with the turner. I had to forego the auto turner and just put the eggs in and hand turn them. Without that, I was able to fit 15 eggs. I made little stands for them to keep them upright with big end up, using cut paper towel rolls. My eggs were shipped, so I won't be turning them until day 7 anyway, and now I really don't see a reason to buy an incubator with a turner. I'm still checking humidity and temp all the time anyway to make sure it's at the correct ranges. Will update again at 7 days and see if anything is growing.

bad packaging, poor instructions. good product
bad packaging, poor instructions, my lid had a spider crack in it. like when a rock hits your windshield. still in working condition. unsure about performance of product at this time. well good news. I started my incubator up 2nd of dec just put some random aracauna, golden sex link, white australorps 9 egg tolal didn't set anything just turned it on put the water in as needed and on the 23rd I got an early Christmas present 3 of the eggs hatched with sign of at least 4 more trying to hatchout. it was pretty cool and fun for me and the kids always wanted an incubator and for a beginner with poor instructions this one works well. was worried they wouldn't hatch cause humidity was never consistant. but it still worked.

Good and easy to use
Borrowed this machine from a friend, and now I bought one myself. Very good hatching on small Cochins. All you need for a diy project.

Temperature control is sporadic, sometimes climbs way to high
The first 28 days it was on a kitchen counter and it was pretty consistent temp control, but once the first egg was hatching, it was moved to a warmer room, and the incubator flipped out. The temps went to deadly levels....have had to watch it constantly, even after resetting it.The power plug in the top is really cheap, its starting to loosen. I don't think it can be trusted now.

Use this incubator without the instructions! Duck Eggs:
I did TONS of research to the point where I was sure that I wasn't going to get a 100% hatch rate for duck eggs. The automatic turned was amazing as well. All you have to do is watch a YouTube video to set it up. Takes 10 minutes. But this incubator with the fan and everything was perfect. Seriously. Watch a YouTube video on it even before buying. You will notice a shelf on top and bottom. They incubate on top and then hatch on the bottom. No drowning etc. There is a hole at the top when you can most or pour water in. Use a thermonitor/hydrometer that has the one part that checks in the incubator with a cord that goes out where you can always view the screen. Don't follow the temps on the actual incubator. You should never follow them on any anyway. Even for other brands. I put very large to smaller sized duck eggs all from May-current and all that are fertile have hatched. Do not worry about amount of water to pour on bottom. Candle your eggs to watch air cells. Always best to have lower heat and lower humidity levels then to over do it. I also do most the eggs after 6 or 7 days once a day or every 2 days instead of putting water in. Again, check your air cells. If they are too small then need less humidity. You can put those little DO NOT EAT silica pads in there if too much humidity. If air cells are too large, then add more water. Don't worry about numbers except for temperature. Can fluctuate up and down here and there and still be fine. Don't handle eggs too often and candle through the air call down into the egg when necessary. Access to open air a few minutes a day from day 8-25 or is not going to hurt. I am speaking for duck eggs by the way--also remember that eggs are not on a timer to hatch just as babies when being born. Set due date does not always mean such Don't fret if it's 2 or 3 days after. Just means they are not ready yet.But had I not had this incubator (I bought 2) then I would have had to worry about. I have spoken with other folks that use other incubators and do not have successful hatch rates.
