My 4 year old loves this thing!
I have been pleasantly surprised by this toy! It is great for a sensory seeking child, that needs to be moving at all times. I can't believe how much you can stretch it and manipulate it and it all stays in tack. The coloring does start to fade, and peel off. But for how much it is getting used, that is not a con for me.

Stretchy! But don't leave in a hot or cold car.
My son loves this toy so much we bought another one after he broke the arm of his first. Note: Do not leave in a cold or hot car - too cold and the gel freezes causing no stretch and potentially breakage. Too hot and the gel melts destroying the outside silicone shell. This is all noted on the packaging, but for a little guy who can't read and his mom not reading the package until tragedy struck, it was a bummer. We've bought other characters from this company as they make great gifts.

Fun for a Sonic lover
I was hesitant to buy this at first based on some of the reviews, but my 4 year old saw it at Walmart and instantly wanted it. He literally couldn’t stop talking about it because he loves Sonic, so I decided to get it. I’m glad that I decided to get it because he loves it. Even if it fades over time, it’ll be worth it because of the use that he’ll get out of it. It looks just like the cartoon and it’s stretchy, but strong and returns to size, just like the packaging/description states. There’s one more solid like piece on the top of his head and I’m not sure why, but its not a big deal.

Would get 5 stars but in less then 12 hours the paint has already started peeling off

Sturdy
My son has several of the Goo Jit Zu characters, and most aren’t as stiff as this one. He still loves it, it’s just not quite as squishy as the rest of his lineup.

Cute and stretches well; does not last with normal play
Within one month of play, had to throw away. 9 year old gurl played with it as I would expect and paint colors flaked off (okay not surprising still okay), but a leak occurred from stretching so threw away in a month of stretching it. Fun while it lasted.

Really impressed
I'm actually really impressed with this one. We've bought these stretch figures in the past and they lasted about 5 minutes. This Sonic stretchy figure is really durable; the paint hasn't worn off and it is still intact. It stretches and goes back to its former shape. I would totally buy this again.
