Lifefactory Glass Food Storage - Grass Green - 32 oz

The overall quality of the materials is good, I wanted a glass container that was durable as a "togo"/lunch box, and this fits that bill. But closing the lid requires pulling tabs on the outer silicone sleeve and fitting these over tabs on the lid. It's hard to get the lid firmly closed, and I'm sure the tabs will break over time. You also can't use the container without the silicone sleeve, which is inconvenient. An independent snap closure lid would be better. Also, the size is weird. I would prefer a dish that is wider, rather than taller.

This thing is pretty awesome. It's actually leak-proof, which surprised me. The lid stays on with this little loop closure that takes some muscle to close, but it holds on really well. (But probably not great if you have arthritis or something.)

I bought this to use on our boat. We don't like to eat off plastic and with the sleeve it is non-skid. Unfortunately, the lid does not sit well on the glass bowl. It pops off too easily. If the tabs are not secured the whole thing will spill and even with the tabs in place the lid will not be very secure and leak.The cover for the bowl seems a bit small as you really have to pull on the tabs to secure the lid. Very disappointing thing all around.

I have been using this container for almost 5 years now and its holding up so well!

Very sturdy and well-made. The silicone cover clamps down and keeps food fresh. The glass is preferable for food storage and I believe I will have this a long time. This is my 4th Lifefactory purchase.

The container is great but the worst part is the lid! It is almost impossible to fully close it. I would not buy this again.

the lid does not stay on, the plastic around it has a hard time closing

I am not sure if what I received is defective but I ordered 2 four cup containers and the lid will NOT close all the way. I cannot use the pull/deal at all as the lid will not stay down on all sides. I am pissed I spent so much money on a container that doesn't work.

Die Schalen und Behälter sind top! Allemal gesunder als Plastik. Einfach in der Spülmaschine zu reinigen.

Buena relación costo beneficio

No cierran bien. Y lo digo en plural porque compré varias medidas y ninguno cierra.Para lo que valen ya podrían ser de buena calidad

I purchased this item for two reasons: 1. To carry foods like soups etc, with my backpach, without having leaks; and 2. To avoid the possible contamination of the foods with the material of the container. Regarding the first reason, I can say that I am satisfied. Regarding the second, one, I can say that this item didn't meet my expectation at all. In fact, the cap is not firmly closing. As a result, I have damaged a lot of the items I was carrying with me, in my backpack, believing that with this container I would have avoided the very disturbing leaks that I used to have with other cheap plastic containers. Leaks are continuously being observed.it is pertinent to mention here, the high cost of this product, as well. Bottom line, this product doesn't do what it promises and the "value for money ratio" is very low, in my opinion.Unfortunately, I have purchased 2 Lifefactory items in my whole life, and both have leaks issues. The second was a glass bottle for water. Thus, both items were intended to be carried in my backpack, full of liquids, or foods that contain liquids. So, both items didn't meet my expectations.All in all, I doubt If I will ever buy again, in the future, another food glass container from Lifefactory.

Die Schuessel ist schön und einfach praktisch. Ich benutze diese für mein Salat, Müsli , Suppen u.a.Ich esse gerne aus Glas, und kann nun dank des Silikonschutzes ohne Sorge damit hantieren, so kann es nicht so schnell kaputtgehen.Der Preis ist aus meiner Sicht überteuert.Zu Mitnehmen ist er nur für feste Stücke geeignet, da der Deckel zwar fest sitzt, aber Füssigkeiten auslaufen würden.Trotzdem von mir eine Kaufempfehlung.
