I bought this for my mom for Christmas and she loves it so much. this product fits perfectly into her microwave and is easy to clean. It has saved her form many scrub sessions trying to clean the microwave. I also like that this product is cheap but still high quality and fits any of our dinner plates under it. It is a little bulky if it does not stay in your microwave so just keep that in mind when buying.

This is a sturdy cover to catch splatters and has plenty of slots to help release steam. It's fairly see-through but that varies depending on how much steam the food creates as it heats up. It easily fits completly over a round dinner plate up to 10 3/4 inches wide with plenty of height left for the food that's on the plate. It's easy to wipe clean or wash by hand and I have also washed it in the dishwasher on the top rack with no problems. The handle is kind of slick so I took some 100 grit sandpaper and roughed it up to create a better grip. I gave it a 4 star rating because I think the price is high for a dome made of plastic. Would I buy it again? Probably but hopfully at a lower price.

This looks fantastic for microwaving but I bought this to be used in a different manner. Works great for my need. I got stuck with my granddaughters snake. Because he is not taken out anymore every time I open the cage he is aggressive. This way after I feed him and he goes into his house i can put this over his little house where he rests and clean his cage without having to worry about him attacking me. I do have my granddaughter hold it over his house. I posted this just as a suggestion for someone who has similar probs. The handle helps immensely. I would recommend for microwave use. Great size.
