Pyrex is heavier but worth the glass for food storage without plastic.
Purchased this set along with a rectangular set to move away from using plastic storage containers. The first shipment came completely shattered into pieces. I could hear the broken glass when I picked the box up off the porch. I came on Amazon and requested a replacement set within an hour of the delivery. They did not ask me to return the broken set which I was grateful for because I would have had to drive 20 minutes to the drop off. Anyway..the replacement set came yesterday and it is perfect. No breakage. The bowls and lids fit perfectly. I nest them with a napkin between each bowl with the lids on and the footprint is just size of the largest bowl. Perfect.

I will pay full price from a more reputable source.
I ordered one set in 2024, and they worked so wonderfully that I ordered a second set during the prime sale in 2025. I am not sure what happened, but the larger bowl, cracked apart when I was filling it with cool water to clean it. It was the oddest thing, it cracked twice, and it came apart in 3 circular pieces. I really wish I could 5 star these, because the first set worked so well, but I don't feel comfortable with the way the second set turned out. They do have a capital P, not a lower case p.
