i wish the base of the owl is attached to the body with a small silicone string. they get separated easily in the drawer. otherwise, decent product, and works in dishwasher fine. the leaves don't get caught up at the ends when cleaning, like other odd shaped tea filters might.

This arrived quickly and in nice packaging.When you open the package and take them out the first thing you notice is what a nice, bright shade of neon orange they are. They are also super cute owls. I rinsed them out because I was very excited to brew up some loose tea in these. They seemed to stay shut okay but as expected some of the tea debris did escape which is pretty inevitable unless you use a very very fine mesh metal type strainer or tea infuser. But sometimes you just want to use a cute orange silicon tea owl and don't mind a few tea leaves in your tea! There are two of these included in the pack.*I received this item to try out in exchange for my honest review and opinions on it. This did not affect the way I tried it or used it and the rating I have given it. I would recommend it to anyone that loves both cute owls and tea for sure!!

Super cute, no plasticy smell. As with all strainers you will get some small bits falling through, but again you get that with any strainer. I love this as its super cute, easy to clean, and easy to find! The colors are vibrant.
