Battery was delievered very quickly and worked great. The tricky part was installing it. You need to gut the laptop to access the battery. Make sure you store the screws in a good place. I found i had an extra or 2 once I reassembled the unit. :)

I realized after I got my ROG G751 apart and tried to plug in this battery that the connector was so loose, the wires were coming separated from the connector when trying to plug it in. Considering how terrible the laptop is to disassemble and swap the batteries, I did what I could to secure the connector and get proper contact. The battery worked fine once I accomplished the installation. Fast forward 6 months and the battery no longer functions. Whether this is due to the poor connector or the failing that these batteries all seem to have I am unsure. In either case, I was far from satisfied when I installed the battery and even more so now.

Awesome product. Does what it needs to do. I had a hard time trying to put it in, but its not the battery's fault, more the way the laptop of mine is built.

Bought this battery 3 months ago will not power my laptop unless its plugged into the wall... Shows 95% charge but wont power the laptop at all.

Ever since receiving the battery, it has been working really well. This battery is not as good as the original battery (it charges a little slower and doesn't hold as much of a charge), but it is still better than using the original battery that can't hold a charge due to being years old.It was hard to get to the battery to change it out, but you can find a guide online to take you step by step on how to change it.For the price, I would recommend buying this battery and changing it out rather than looking at new laptops.

Does just what a battery should do. Easy enough to install and maintains an adequate charge.

Well it lasted maybe 6 months before it would no longer hold any charge. Do not buy this! Between the amount of work it takes to replace this and how little it lasted its not worth it. Try to get oem or something better. This battery is pure garbage.

Good battery, not an install for the faint of heart or ham handed. watch some videos of the full procedure before you decide to do this replacement. make sure you have a good spudge,(Not the urban dict. def.) if at this point you have to ask what that is, you should probably hire a repair shop. I did component level repair for 40 yrs, it too me almost an hour to complete disassembly, removal, replacement , and reassemble. good luck and be careful.
