I tend to have very high BP. I'm taking several supplements along with Water Away including berberine, beet root, COQ, tumeric, and my BP has been fairly good until I ran out out of Water Away several days ago. My blood pressure has gone up around 10pts since I've run out. This product definitely works good for me.

I've never taken water pills but I wanted to try them since I've been feeling a little bloated lately, I don't have blood pressure problems but I'm sure I intake way too much sodium in my diet. So I stared reading the reviews on this product and wanted to try it out. I took 3 pills a day for 2 days and didn't feel any different as far as going to the bathroom, I was still peeing the same as before I took them. I'm not sure if they are working since most of the reviews said they were going to the bathroom way more frequently on the first day or two. I will keep trying but I don't think I'm having any luck with these pills so far.

Had these a week now and they do NOTHING at all to reduce water in yiur system. Truly not worth your time.Sorry, but I want to be honest.

No matter how many I take it doesn't feel like they're working, but who knows.

3.5/5 mainly bc there seems to be 100 other products exactly the same. I've been using it for a couple months, along with exercise and a better diet, so it's hard to determine results. It's as good as any herbal water loss supplement, I suppose.

I have lupus and live in a hot - humid environment. When my body begins to retain fluid I add "Water Management" to my daily medications and within a few days the water is gone and I begin to feel so much better. And the best part is the product is all natural !!

They did not work, and capsule is big a tastes bad.

I don't feel any difference taking these. My other diuretic worked plus it gave me a boost in energy from the caffeine. I thought the a few of the products in this might have a similar or moderate effect but nothing...I need the boost and the water/bloating gone!
