It works great and very light weight. My son loves using it.

We have an Elite Gourmet model, and the old knob broke. This knob fit snugly and hopefully will last having to force the knob off once food is done. I like the groves in the knob, which seemingly will help with the grip.

Works for what I need it for, not like the O.E., but works

Too expensive, but exactly what I needed.
