Using this product increases my stamina and alertness. Its best to follow the instructions. If I eat right before taking this I will have to take a trip to the bathroom (it becomes a laxative and will empty out what's in there). Also a good diet is necessary. When I'm not eating properly I will experience jitters using this product. I up my water intake to help flush and I stop using the product after 2 weeks for a couple days to a week to experience the maximum effect.

Used half the tub so it wasn’t just a 1 and done “ehh didn’t like it” experience. One I’m too cheap to just use something, not like it and throw it away especially with PWO because it’s expensive but I couldn’t finish the tub, it’s not an enjoyable experience.I’m all for the feeling of getting juiced and having the face tingle before/during my gym session but this was too much. Your face tingles like never before and not only that, the last time I used it prior to lifting I went in the locker room and any exposed skin was RED like I was sunburnt... during December... in Seattle! Yeah RIGHT!Into the trash this stuff went. Wouldn’t bother buying. This was my second bad experience with No-Xplode. The last one was in 2009 in college so this company doesn’t seem to have improved over the years.

it has 325mg of caffeine, of course it will work. I tend to mix it with a full cup of water and start sipping on the way to the gym.I've used it for long car rides at night also rather than chug iced coffees. other than the extra caffeine, i haven't noticed any other difference vs the old N.O. X plode

My husband loves this stuff! It is not our first time purchasing so we already knew we liked it. The only flavor we don't enjoy is watermelon. Our favorites are the blue and the fruit punch. Gives endurance and great energy. Only bad thing is that if I take too much, as in taking a full dose more than once a day, I get nauseas. I don't know if it's just me though. My husband never gets nauseas from it. Love the product, would recommend!

One of the Best pre-workouts I have ever used. Over the past couple of years I purchased between 6 to 8 different pre-workouts. This has been by far the best one. I have purchased this multiple times and will continue to purchase this product as long as it's available. One of my favorite things is the amount of caffeine. He gives you great energy and a fantastic pump.

Purchased this trying to find something new and it is better than the standard No-Explode. I like this flavor option best and although it is a strong pre-workout it seems to be more tolerable than their other products for myself. I will definitely purchase again and would be open to trying other flavors.

BSN N.O.-Xplode stim free from back in the day had me got me started on heavy stim pre-workouts! I'm so loving this high stim updated version! mixes nice and consistent! Make sure not too shake without venting after, it builds pressure and will XPLODE!

Amazing stuff! Really makes me feel focused in the gym. I think the strength of this stuff is in its cognitive enhancement, not so much in the pump or hype aspects. If that's your thing, give this a go. This product has a lot of bad reviews because it doesn't taste very good, and though I agree it doesn't taste good, I wouldn't say that it tastes awful, either. Give it a try, especially when there are coupon discounts. Great stuff. Will buy again.
