Etude House Skin [mal:gem] Emulsion (Moisturizer) 200ml

I was sent something else even though this is what I ordered. As such, I cannot accurately rate this product but I'm sure it's great because I love Etude

I got the sample size of the toner and the moisturizer and after one use I didn't use it. I felt like this product had the potential to do worse than better things for my skin or it just wouldn't do much... one of those two. The smell is REALLY REALLY nice though~~ It's like a smell that's hard to describe; it's a smell that is in many Korean skincare products that I love love love. Because of the smell I really wanted to like this product but the effectiveness, of course, is the more important aspect here. In terms of application, it actually felt quite sticky as I was patting it into my skin. This was the thing that bothered me the most. It didn't have much of a refreshing feeling (not that it had to but just a side note). I was just glad that I didn't end up with a full size because it would be daunting to have to use up so much. The bottles are pretty large. And also, I didn't feel it very very moisturizing. Some may think otherwise but these are just my thoughts on the skin malgem line. It was neither an impressive nor a re-purchasable item for me.

This is my go-to emulsion, hands down. The consistency is thinner, which allows you to pat it on and is great for layering. I use toner and then ampoule and then this, and use a thicker moisturizer on top if needed (especially during winter). This formula is sensitive enough for anyone, and is so great for not only adding moisture, but soothing skin and making your skin feel naturally moist and smooth like a baby.I stopped using this for a while (ran out) and noticed my skin became redder with every other product I tried. I went back to this product and immediately had better skin. I realized this is my forever emulsion, and the price is great. The bottle lasts me about 6 months.
