Our cup came out BEAUTIFUL. Quick service, well executed, and great value.My one complaint is that it's REALLY, REALLY hard to figure out how to do exactly what you're trying to do, especially if you're trying to add text and photos, and put them just so. Directions can be easier. And there's no way to preview your final project once you'v added it to your cart. So you should screen-shot your creation.The saving grace is that the seller is very responsive, and will help you figure out what you're trying to do if you can't do it on your own. If what you're doing is pretty straightfoward, you'll be fine. It's a nice mug.

The printing on the mug is perfect. It came out looking exactly like the photos that I created on the site. As far as durability I have washed it over and over and never had a problem not glaze cracking, staining or even getting too hot to handle. Sadly I accidentally dropped it once it was utterly amazing nothing happened. I thought for sure it was gone but it turned out to be just fine not a crack anything. As I has this it's become my favorite mug and has been used daily ever since I got it

The Cups were great - the printing was very good. I would order more, however there does not seem to be a straight forward way to do so without starting over. Therefore it went else where for additional cups.

The mug turned out even better than I expected or hoped, printed with a photo on one side and text (.png of text generated in Word) on the other. Very, very fast turnaround with delivery within a few days. This mug is a hokey-jokey sort of business gift and I will present it with no worries as to how the recipient will judge its quality. Highest possible recommendation.

I am giving this 3 stars because it came in so quickly and I needed it for a gift in a hurry... BUT... I wish there would have been a little bit more flexibility with the picture placement and I had a typo and I feel like could have been caught before the mug was printed.

The cup is perfect. Excellent work! It arrived on time. I gave it to my husband on Father's Day. My husband had a three coronary bypass surgery recently, and I wanted him to have a reminder of God's power and mercy. I put a bible verse together with some pictures. I appreciate very much that there is not any mistake in the text even though it is in Spanish. Thank you very much.

The ordering system was so easy to complete. I was able to clearly specify which side of the mug would get which image file. I started with 2 computer-drawn .jpg logo files, and I got a beautiful team spirit mug that looks like something professionally crafted for mass marketing, and not just a one-off print-room job. So happy with the quality of the product, and it was by far the fastest turn-around time of any advertised. Thanks so much!
