Broan-NuTone SPKACC Sensonic QT Series Speaker Accessory with Bluetooth Wireless Technology for Bathroom and Home Ventilation Fans (Fan Not Included)

Surprisingly good audio from the bathroom fan. Works perfectly with my IPhone 6+ and easy to pair. Installation took about 5 minutes most of which were looking for a ladder. The only issue that caught me was multiple devices trying to reestablish a connection to the fan. It supports paring with only one device at a time. The sound overcomes the fan's noise without much volume. By default, the audio is only available when the fan is powered on. The speakers need only a power source. One could have fun with the device. Playing an MP3 describing the life of a fan comes to mind.

It sounds good for what it is. It's no Bose speaker but for shower / bath use it's been a nice addition. Only two complaints. While it was easy to install, the directions are junk and are WRONG if you have a "U" shaped fan bracket. Go on You Tube and search for the install video. It just mounts right up with no need for the included bracket. I fiddle-farted around with it for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to use the bracket. Not needed. Second, once the fan is turned on the Bluetooth radio is active. I wish there was a way to maintain pairing but manually connect. For example my wife and I have paired our phones. She will go in for a bath, turn the fan on, and for some reason my phone will automatically connect before hers sometimes. She can't listen to her music unless I disconnect and she's not interested in listening to my adult entertainment I'm watching. Watch out fellas. Other than being aware of auto-connect and making sure you're not connected when you don't want to be, it's a nice addition to your bathroom.

Did not fit my fan. Make sure to check the model number before buying. Although the Broan website says "Add music to this fan" for the one I bought, you cannot. Check the Broan website page for the SPKACC speaker for all the fan model numbers it will work with. I did not see this until I opened the directions, which said it would only fit my fan if made in 2015 or earlier. Check that webpage before ordering.

First, this was super quick to install. About 10 minutes. And I bluetooth'd an ipod touch that i mounted to the wall of the bathroom and streamed Spotify. Now I am groovin on the can. I am a bit of an audiophile so the idea of this made my ears close up. But I am surprised and happy with what I hear and the cost of it. now I can remove the overpriced Bose wave station from the bathroom and use it in an area of the house that can use it.

Don't be fooled like I was after buying this product. It is just the speaker set with no bath fan. In the pictures it shows the full assembly including the fan. So I can not rate the speaker as it was never installed. The fan and speaker combo is around $140.

This thing is so cool! Click buy now. I used to have a JBL Flip 2 speaker in bathroom to connect to Echo Dot for music (through Spotify) but I never liked having speaker on bathroom sink. Well now speaker completely hidden and the sound quality is fantastic for what you are getting. I would compare it to the JBL. I'm so impressed. The installation is simple too. I can't praise this thing enough.

The speaker unit would have been a great addition to the QTXE150 Bath fan I also purchased. Broan has made a change to this fan's blower unit. The speaker will no longer fit these units per Broan technical support.The compatible units list may need updating for the larger CFM sizes.

Bought the speakers for out master bath. They sound very good for the speaker size and where they are located. It took longer get get my step ladder and screw driver than it did to install the speaker.
