This is my second attempt to purchase a true wireless earbud set. The first set I ordered was a different brand and the instructions were terrible - mostly pictures and very hard to understand English translation. Given the price for this set I was expecting similar but hoping I would have better luck. I was pleasantly surprised to find these earbuds have extremely well written and easy to understand instructions. Pairing these headphones even to my tempermental bluetooth dongle was an absolute breeze. The little charging case is sturdy and easy to use and I love the little mock leather carry bag. If I had any complaints or requests for improvement at all, it would be to have the L and R for the ear buds marked on the case above the earsbuds rather than underneath so that you can be assured you know which one you're pulling out. But that is a very minor complaint, once you take them out 1 time it'll be obvious and all of the images show the case in the correct orientation for reference beforehand. The sound quality is decent - no latency that I can discern so far, the mid and upper ranges are good, bass levels are a bit lackluster but in this price range I think the sound quality is better than anticipated. I use these for work, the external sound exclusion is excellent - almost too good if I need to hear if the phone is ringing. Overall these are a very good set of wireless earbuds and I expect to get a lot of use out of them.

I was really skeptical when initially buying these earbuds, but I needed to replace a more costly pair that I had lost. I was incredibly upset after realizing I had lost a pair that I had bought on Amazon for Christmas, which retailed for about twice the price of these. When I finally buckled down and realized I couldn't find them and was ready to make another purchase, I knew I didn't want to spend that much in case I lost them again. Small things are easy to lose, unfortunately.I settled on these due to the reviews and a couple videos I found on YouTube, and namely the price point. Having come from a pair that was nearly double these, I was expecting inferior quality. However, I was incredibly surprised.As soon as I took them out of the package I was instantly impressed with the quality. They felt much sturdier than the last pair I had - not heavier necessarily, but a better quality build. The sort of matte rubber quality is really beneficial for handling and look, especially considering the size and lack of lid. Depsite the lack of lid, I've had absolutely no issues with them falling out or getting disconnected, and they come with a great little carrying pouch too. Overall they feel and look like they cost much, much more than they do.Upon taking them out of their case they paired instantly, both in mono and stereo mode. It took about all of 3 seconds - incredibly fast and much faster than the last set I had. I changed the tips to a smaller size due to my ear canals and, to be honest, was a little blow away.These are incredibly loud, provide an amazing seal that helps with outside noise reduction, and have an absolutely incredible stereo sound range. I have to say they provide an incredible "fullness" to songs and I'm very impressed with the base and range they offer. I listen to mostly heavy rock, alternative, and musical scores - and I like my music loud. I am thoroughly impressed with the ability to - what I'd call "feel" - the guitar and drums, as well as more subtle intricacies like soft piano and violins in orchestra music. What really impressed me is that as soon as I put them in I immediately felt immersed in the music - and I know how incredibly hard that can be to find, especially in budget earphones/Bluetooth headphones.Amazingly, these weren't set too low either. I was able to listen at an immersive level while the TV was on in the background, and I was only at 3 bars on my android and couldn't hear any outside noise.I also love that the button is a legitimate button - the last pair I had was a "touch" button and it drove me crazy and was incredibly sensitive and not always super repsonsive. That's certainly not the case with this, and it may seem like a small thing - but I really love the physical button on each ear bud.All in all - and I hate losing things and wasting money - but I'm really glad I lost the original pair I had. I am beyond happy with these earbuds - so much more than I was with the last pair I had that cost twice as much. And I hadn't realized how unhappy I was with the last pair until I tried these.If you're skeptical or unsure - make the purchase. You'll be incredibly happy, especially for the price tag. I didn't want to initially buy these and I think my expectations were really low, but I'm so glad I broke down and made the purchase. These blew me away and I'd buy them again in a heartbeat. They've made listening to music a much more enjoyable experience.

- I still stand by my original review on the ones I originally received. Really love the many great qualities, just wish they were more dependable. The reason for editing my review is because the seller contacted me because I wasn't completely happy with my purchase. These days, that automatically means a lot to me as a consumer, a company that stands behind what they sell.Bottom line, I was asked if I was interested in trying again. Since I already thought these are very cool earbuds I was definitely in to trying again. The seller quickly sent me another pair and I can definitely state that my original ones must have been a fluke because these are fantastic.Regardless, the kind of attention and pride this seller has in their product gives me the confidence to most definitely buy from them again. Great job with the customer service guys! These new ones rock! Thank you!-I'm not sure if I should have even given them 3 stars because after all, I'm throwing them away. I think 3 may be a fair assessment because they do have some great qualities that I do like.What I like: They look and fit great. They feel like a quality product that's solid and well made. Love how you store and charge them. The magnets in the storage case clicks them right in and holds them tight. They only fit in the correct spot so you'll always know which is right vs left. The microphones work great with calls.What I don't like: The sound is very "tinny" with virtually no base at all. By no means am I an audiophile/ear bud snob (if I were would I buy a pair for $30?) but the fact that it's so obviously bad, that even I notice it means that it must be really bad. Regardless, I may or may not have gotten used to it but I'll never know because they are so inconsistent. Sometimes they just decide to shut off with a close to full charge. Sometimes they click off and back on. That's the part that really drove me nuts so they'll just go in to the trash.

*UPDATE* Square trade doesn't kick in until after the manufacture warranty which is a year or more. Getting a hold of the the manufacturer is only via email and I was not helped at all! They simply told me to reset the headphones. Noting else was done. They also told me that the reason why I would lose "connection" while listening to them was because I had other devices around me programed to connect to my Bluetooth therefore that's why my headphones would be cutting off while in use. I replied explaining that their assumption was not the case for I only use my headphones at the gym. There is nothing other than my headphones programmed to connect to my phone at the gym or in general period. Never got a response from them! Very disappointment in the customer service and the product. Also this manufacture is based out of China so good luck on taking care of any issue with these pair of earbuds. Lesson learn: you get what you pay for! I would stay away from Dudios PERIOD!I've used these headphones during workout sessions and in the short amount of time (a month and a half) that I've had them I've probably only charged the battery two or three times! The battery is good however just recently the headphones have started to glitch while using them. They have also started connecting to my phone even when I place them back on the battery which isn't supposed to happen. So because they are connected to my phone the whole time even when on the battery I have to turn off the bluetooth on my phone and constantly have to be manually turning off the headphones even when on the battery so that they can charge. Along with this it has started to have trouble connecting both earphones once removed from the battery so I have had to manually connect each headphone at a time when I am trying to use them. Comes with several ear fins so you have several options to adjust the fins to your comfort! Although chunky they are discrete compared to most headphones on the market. Aside from the glitches the sound is pretty good. I had definitely enjoyed them up until recently. I honestly would have given this product four to five stars but I'm sadly disappointment. I am hopeful that something can be done about these issues. I also bought the protection plan so I'm curious to see how that plays out. I will keep my fellow Amazon shoppers updated.
