Herbal Essences Color Me Happy Shampoo for Color-Treated Hair, 23.7 fl oz - Pack of 4

I recieved Herbal Essences Color Me Happy Roses Essences to test for free from Influenster. This is my honest and unbiased opinion of this product. I was not paid, given anything or promised anything else in return for my review of this product. I have color treated and highlighted hair. I have been chemically and heat processing my hair for over fifteen years now. I have long baby fine hair. I have been looking for a shampoo that makes my fine hair smell great, shiny, give it body, soft and make it easy to style. I have to use alot of hairspray, mousse and scrunching sprays depending on the hairstyle I am wanting that day. My hair feels heavy and sticky after styling. So I have to wash every day and hair is just blah afterwards.Well I have found the shampoo for me. I recieved this in the large pump size. I have knocked it over a few times already. No spill and no broken nozzle. I have almost butt length hair. I only had to use two pumps to wash my hair instead of a palm size amount. That is a huge plus for me. The smell is amazing. I love roses and thr smell fills my bathroom of a rose scent. Now for my hair. Three words! Oh my God! All of the days products are gone! No nots. No tangles. No oily or scratchy dry feel. Nothing but run your fingers thru softness. I have missed being able to just run my fingers thru my hair. I have used this everyday for past four days and I just can't get over how great my hair looks, feels and smells amazing. This will be go to shampoo from now on. This is a great shampoo! I will definitely be purchasing again and I highly recommend this if you color treat your hair!

This is my go-to shampoo for my fine and thin hair. It really does protect color and leaves hair clean and fluffy without drying it out. The matching Color-Me-Happy conditioner keeps ends from getting frizzy. A nurse with whom I work told me, "you smell so good," and when I told her about this shampoo, she said yes, it was my hair.Update 5 months later: after I used up other bottles of shampoo, I finally opened this one and initially liked the pump dispenser. About 2 weeks later, the shampoo bottle fell on the shower floor and the spout popped off. A tiny bead that fits into a tube going into the bottle flew out, but I found that and replaced it and pushed the spout back on. The bottle has never been the same; the spout pops off no matter how hard I push it into the tubing, and the tiny bead disappeared (probably down the shower drain) so that the shampoo doesn't dispense evenly. There's about an inch of shampoo left in the bottle, but it will no longer pump out at all.I love the shampoo as much as ever (so it still gets 5 stars), but I will not buy it again in this dispenser. I'm trying to use this bottle up faster to get rid of the dispenser, so there's no cost advantage, and I'm eager to return to the reliable squeeze bottle.

I like this product because, no matter what products I have previously used before shampooing (rinses, foaming products, gels, hair sprays, etc.), this shampoo gets right down to lathering up and cutting through what needs to be cleansed from your hair and scalp. Often, it is the second application of a shampoo when I get a good lather; but not this one! It lathers up right away, giving me the sense that it goes right to work, as I prefer. Many other products work slower. This is also for color-treated hair. I love it!

I wasn't sure if I would even like this, but now I love it. I had just colored my hair and needed a color safe shampoo. I couldn't find my regular brand and saw this with it's very affordable price, and thought what the neck. It is a huge bottle for it's price and I love the pump. The scent is so lovely and my color has lasted longer than I thought it would. I highly recommend this product if you are short on cash and need something like this in a pinch.

Could not find this old formula of Color Me Happy in stores so I bought these 4 bottles online. Unfortunately at least one bottle leaked even though it was wrapped very thoroughly with plastic wrap. The cover was not on tight.

Smells just like the 90s haha - takes me back to simpler times. Cleans well without leaving residue. Scent is not overpowering which is nice. Best part is it does not strip my hair color as quickly as other shampoos may (and I was my hair every day - I know, a no no but my scalp gets greasy). Also very affordable for size of bottle, especially for effectiveness. Just doesn’t make sense to pay $30 a bottle for smaller size for a prestige brand that may do the same thing

I should know better because I've used the classic herbal essence shampoos from the late 90's/early 00's. It has that typical hair-gel consistency that globs on hair and falls out of hair unless you work it into a lather. It's efficient for the price but I'd rather spend a little more for a creamier formula that doesn't pump like hair gel. Cleans well, and isn't too drying.

I started using this shampoo a few years ago. (I color my hair pretty often.) My hair, if I use the wrong types of shampoo, will become greasy and look like I don't take care of myself. I bought the large bottle of conditioner and have just refilled it with the smaller bottles because it has become increasingly harder to find the bottles with the pump on it. I have never been able to find the shampoo with a pump... Until Amazon that is. I am extremely happy with it and have actually opted for the subscribe and save option. I am happy as one can be with this purchase. The product arrived earlier than expected and shipped a lot faster than UI thought it would. It was packaged extremely well for what I paid. I would definitely use this seller again.

Nice
