I am never using spoons to mix my protein again!
These bottles are the best for mixing protein powder or other supplements. The wire ball bounces around when you shake it and works like a whisk to break up large clumps of powder that would otherwise stick together. This leaves you with a perfectly mixed drink to enjoy. I am never using spoons to mix my protein again!The loop on the top is very nice and allows you to loop it around a finger and carry it when your hands full. I use these bottles for everything now, and the loop makes it really easy to take them wherever I go. You could even hook it onto a backpack using it if you wanted.

Works well, seals tight, very handy to carry along for supplement drinks. I like that it has a measurement labeling increments on the side.
