Spasilk 100% Pure Silk Facial Beauty Pillowcase, Standard/Queen Size Natural While

In the photograph, this pillowcase is advertised as "natural white," and appears to be quite clearly an off-white color, but in actuality it is a pristine, very white color (think snow) and doesn't match my current, previously bought white silk pillowcase. On the plus side, it is quite soft and the envelope closure is at one end of the pillowcase, and not at the center as I expected.This is a larger pillowcase and is more on the queen pillowcase end of the spectrum. A zipper closure would serve to encapsulate a pillow better within this thin material. Overall, it is a decent purchase, but I don't know that I would get it again. Too bad about the poor seller communication of "natural white."

Much smoother than expected. However, after washing, it became a bit sandpaper-like. So I googled around and found a way to restore its silkiness. Minus 1-star for the hassle of having to google. Wish better washing directions were included with the product.Here's how I did it:1) Wash with mild soap in cold water2) Soak in vinegar+water solution briefly (about 1 tbsp vinegar)3) Rinse clean, then squeeze out as much water as possible.4) Roll it up in a towel to further dry5) Freeze it in a plastic bag overnightWhen you take it out, hang dry, and it will become like new again once dried.

I like how it feels. It's nice and very soft. I bought this when my friend mentioned it helps from your hair falling and cotton pillow case makes your hair fall. Well.. I'm not sure if it's really helping with that but I've noticed that my hair gets tangled in the morning. I'm not sure if it's the cover or what. Anyways, I like how it feels so it's okay

I am on my third pillow cover. My first two shredded along the seem as I was gently putting the covers back onto the pillow. One of them also turned a bluish tint when I washed it with my white towels. Not willing to give up yet. I do wake up with less wrinkles on the side of my face.

The pillowcases are soft, but once they are washed and machine dried, they don't fit as well on queen size pillows. I wish they were made a little larger.

I bought two of these hoping to minimize the kinks in my below shoulder length hair and smashing of my eyelashes. I'd say it has helped. not perfect but better. The pillowcases are nice, soft and luxurious. They would fit a queen pillow better than a standard. My standard pillow floats in it a bit and there's excess fabric. It's more noticeable because the case has an envelope type closure that wraps around the open end of the case. But no huge deal.

Sorry to say I was disappointed. I had used others that I was so pleased with but the store discontinued it. This silk wrinkles and also wrinkles my face. Gave a set to my niece but have not received her comments yet. Perhaps I need to order a better quality or maybe a larger pillow. Delivery of the gift set arrived late Christmas eve and I had to run out for a replacement gift the last minute.

I have bought two of these so far and intend to buy more as mine wear out. I kept the first for about a year, maybe a little more, before it started to come apart at the seams. That was probably my fault for machine washing it with the other sheets, yanking it on, etc. It's a tad pricey, but I think it's worth it. It is very comfortable to sleep on - cool and smooth without being too slippery like satin. I have heard that sleeping on silk is good for the hair and skin, possibly reducing or prolonging the appearance of wrinkles. I am not sure there is any reliable way to test the wrinkle claim, but I will say that I no longer have Medusa hair in the morning.
