Good mechanical components with broken PWM splitter
UPDATE: Titan Rig and Swiftech have responded to my issue and a new PWM splitter is being shipped. Will update once I get the replacement part. The radiator, pump, waterblock, and water fittings are high quality pieces, but the PWM splitter module is poorly constructed. On initial bootup the pump and fans ran at full speed. I checked the connections per the instructions many times and could get the the Bios to to lower speed. Pump is fixed at ~3,000 RPMs. After a call to Swiftech and tying to adjust the speed using Asus' CPU fan control in Windows 10 was unsuccessful decided to remove all the connections and PWM which I had tucked neatly away in the corner of my case. Found out one of the wires from the CPU header which goes into the PWM splitter broke off inside at the soldered joint. Upon closer inspection and other reviews it appears I have the revised splitter and which also appears to have been glued.Another thing to note is that my box had a security seal which was already broken upon arrival. Amazon customer service was really helpful and offered a partial refund which I accepted, so I decided to install the cooler into my new PC build.I really want to keep this product since most of the hardware looks top notch and offers future expansion. It has great clearances and should high high compatibility with most builds. However, this PWM splitter crippled control over cooling my CPU. Hopefully, Swiftech of Amazon can help resolve this issue with a replacement splitter.

leaker or bad water block at pump exit
was hoping to be one of the lucky ones on this looked great..but i wasnt.from all the bad reviews thought better do test run, glad i did..1st was water in the box, forgot to mention that.hooked everything up an leaks like crazy around the fitting from pump..after some inspection its a bad O ring or craftsmanship at o ring not sure, but not usable..but maybe later with some thinking..final thoughts.....spend lil more money get somethin better...ill probably just keep this for parts as the price was cheap enough to do just that..

Great cooler, in need of some minor refinements
Super cool temperatures. Love the massive radiator and resevoir of coolant. The color changeable LED is a nice touchFew minor issues I have with it:LED color has to be re-set when power to the machine is lostLED color is only customizable by pusing a button that's generally mounted in a concealed location, so not exactly easy (would prefer something like a USB header connection, with software that can change the color)The adhesive on the device that all of the fans connect to is garbage

It looks really cool, but if you want avoid dangerous situations like ...
Ok here is the deal. After 6 month being in s PC performed well. But one day i was watching youtube videos i heard loud pop and my PC shut down, so I immidiatly unpluged cords from outlet and when i looked into my case coolant was everywhere. all glass reservoir and pump housing were covered in cracks(pictures attached). It looks really cool, but if you want avoid dangerous situations like that, get something better qualitty. sorry swiftech!!!

Great performance while remaining silent.
This is a great AIO cooler and i would recommend it to anyone. It has great dyes already included, it looks good, and performance is top of it's class. With noiseblocker fans included, this also keeps very quiet, even with high wattage CUP's like my FX 9370, running at 225w.

Works perfect.
I bought this for my son and it has kept his temperature on the PC way down. Do not use the blue water dye. It does not color very bright and you cannot really see any bright color reflection from it.

PWM splitter is awful
Great cooler. I look at my temps in Fahrenheit, and it dropped my temps by 30 degrees. The only complaint I have, is that my LED on the base that hooks to the CPU, doesn't light up! I looked into this, and apparently it's a common issue. It's merely aesthetic, but I was looking forward to it. Apparently it's a PWM splitter issue. The tube lights up though, so it's not a complete loss. Sorry about the bad pic. Not enough lights in my game room!UPDATE : my computer caught fire! The splitter shorted out and melted to my sata cable. I've contacted Swiftech in hopes they can help…SECOND UPDATE: Sorry I forgot to post again. Swiftech sent me a new one free of charge! It arrived wuickly and has been working for a few months with no issues! Good customer service so I'm bumping it up to a 4 star from 2. Looks nice and is quiet enough for my liking.
