Umbra Magnetter Magnetic Wall Mounted Key/Mail Entryway Organizer/Hanger, STORAGE, Espresso

I absolutely love this magnetic key holder. We installed it in our entryway with another Umbra item above it (with hooks to hold larger items). I loved the look of this piece immediately, but a bit skeptical of the strength of the magnets upon inspecting it online. When it arrived in the mail and we installed it, I was simply amazed at how much weight it can hold. My fiance's has roughly 12-18 keys on his keychain, plus the big remote buttons for his car...and it does indeed hold it all. The only thing is that he also has a electronic key FOB for entry into work, so he doesn't want to demagnetize that. I was thinking about buying the little SPOT-ON mini hooks to stick on for his spot so that the magnet doesn't touch his keys directly. I don't keep my key FOB on my key chain, so I just love using his to hold my keys. I always know where they are, and they just hang freely from the magic magnetic spots. We already have a separate wooden crate for mail, so we use this to store our coupons (to remind us to use them when we're walking out the door). Also, it does indeed come with 3 empty rings (as shown in the picture), as well as the installation hardware. Very nice piece!!

Love this little organizer! Small, understated with just a touch of style, it blends nicely against white walls and installs in minutes.I have this next to my apartment door, and it works brilliantly!Like other reviewers have mentioned, there are 3 magnetic hot spots on the panel. The magnets are pretty strong on it. My keyring consists of a breakaway valet piece, large apartment key fob, car alarm fob, and 3 actual keys. The magnet has no problem holding them, and walking in the door to toss my keys on the wall organizer is simple.The organizer is pretty light, so even without finding a stud, I could screw this into the drywall without the included drywall clips. This was up, level and installed in less than 10 minutes.I don't have much in the way of outbound mail, so I don't use this as a letter holder, but I am able to put package delivery notices on here, and reminder sticky notes on it, so it serves that purpose well.I'd highly recommend the wall organizer to anyone.

I purchased this magnetic key older because of the aesthetics. I liked the dark wood finish. Purchasing it I read the mixed reviews of the strength of the magnets in holding keys. I believe your mileage will vary depending on the type of key rings you have and how bulky your key ring is. I know home people only have their car and house keys. This might work perfectly for you. However, if you have a few extra keys on there this might effect the weight capacity of the key holder. I found as the way it was designed my keys would drop to the floor if I had the key holder, with the lip up. However, upon reading the mod one user did with flipping the key holder the other was so that the lip was down I found that the curve of the lip gave the magnets extra hold to grip my keys in place. I do wish I didn't have to do the mod as I would have liked the mail holding feature of this design. However, I bought it foremost to hold my keys instead of my mail. So with the mod, it does service that purpose. I will take 1 star off for the loss of the design feature and insurability of the key holder as is without the mod. That being said I would still use it as a magnetic key holder.

This works just as you think it would. You hang it up just as you would any other picture frame or wall mounted item(comes with drywall screws and screws). Took my keys out of my pocket and bamm, they stick right to it. I have a very simple key ring on my keys and it worked just fine. There were a few (3) key rings that come in the box but I didn't have to use them. Very clean, very sharp and very cool looking. Just to see your keys simply hanging with no hooks gives a very clean and neat look. not sure if its a plus or minus but you can tell after using it a few times that there is not a strait magnet across the entire area. There are magnet sections. This allows you to put key rings sectioned out across with out them running to each other. its a plus cause it makes it look nice and neat but a minus cause it does limit somewhat how many keys you can put on this thing. Note: the area of wood is NOT the entire magnet. There is a small magnet strip exactly where the picture of the product shows the keys hanging from. Don't expect to throw the keys anywhere on the wood and it will stick.glad I bought this and would recommend it to anyone that like to put little cool things like this in their house/apartment.

I purchased the Espresso color. I've been using this for over a year now and I absolutely have no regret, at all.I start with the look itself. I love the design of the product – it looks very modern and definitely of the twenty-first-century. I love the simple and clever style and design. I like how thin and smooth it looks, it nearly blends in with the wall. I love wood design and the espresso color, which matches my espresso colored door.In terms of the features, I really like the 3 magnets feature to be able to hook 3 different sets of keys. The magnets itself are pretty strong as I use it for my keys which is 7oz (200g) and it never has any trouble hooking up. I love the simple mail holder and to my surprise, it holds a good number of envelopes. If I recall correctly, I've used up to 15 average envelopes.The quality of the product speaks for itself, it's lasted over a year without any noticeable flaws. It's pretty durable, I don't notice any scratches of dings.
