The media could not be loaded.  Very cute. Main complaint would be it looked like everything was just thrown in a styrofoam box, very sloppy. I was actually surprised nothing was broken. 2nd complaint, not a big deal I guess but still worth mentioning. The insence cone that came with it burned out really fast; like within 10 minutes. But by the end of the day I could still smell it. Good buy for 12 bucks.

Neat incense burner, but the LED crystal ball is something of a mystery. I pulled the tab that separated the two batteries and the ball began to flash random light patterns, which were really cool; however, there was no way to turn the damned thing off and no indication as to whether or not I could purchase replacements from the incense burner vendor. I posted a question on the burner page but on one answered. It took about a week for the batteries to die; otherwise, it's still a cool incense burner.

The media could not be loaded.  This waterfall incense burner is beautiful and impressive. The only problem I experienced, was that it was difficult to get the incense to stay on the top, as the bottom of the incense that came with it are a but larger than the hole. The incense are a light, pleasant, woodsy smell. The overall size of the waterfall is nice too.

The crystal ball is not led. It's a clear marble. There is no electrical component to this burner. No on-off switch. No battery area. We kept it because even without it being led, we thought it was a cool burner, but buyer beware. If you're specifically looking for led light-up, this is NOT the burner for you.

This looks so cool! It really looks like a waterfall! It's the perfect size, not too small or too big. The incense cones that come with it work very well for the waterfall effect. There are a bunch of them, too. The scent is pretty good, some are a bit smokey. They burn somewhat quickly but definitely last long enough to really be enjoyable. I love my incense burner so much!

I bought this specific product because it said it has an LED crystal ball. This is false, there are no light emitting diodes on this product at all to illuminate the crystal ball. If you want to buy this because you think that is a neat element of the product, you will be disappointed. Other then that, the cost of this product is indicative of the quality. The incense cones it comes with do create the flow as advertised as long as there is no air movement. AC and fans will ruin the presentation.

The media could not be loaded.  Everything was good except the ball didn't light up.😔😔😔.

It might show that it’s LED but it does not have it, the product is not sturdy at all!!!! I’m wondering if I should return it!

Like the details put into it but should not be advertised as an led light up as there is none it is just a marble to sit in hole no lights at all a little disappointing
