Does the basics. Not exactly the best remote. Or the best brand. But if you have the right model this is for, you're alright.
Very basic functionality but does the job. Be sure that this remote corresponds with the correct TCL model you have. That is one one brand that is a great value but it's tough to find good accessories that easily work with it. Now that I have more money to spend on things like TVs I will ALWAYS buy say, a Samsung, over a TCL, because the price/quality/value comparison is no longer as big of a deal as it was say 3 -5 years ago.

easy replacement
Lost the remote for my older model TCL television and ordered this. Put batteries in and 30 seconds later it was working as it should. Was happy to have found this at a decent price.
