Wrong product listing and worst product
Wrong product listing. Picture says 4.2 plum brown and they send me 6.13 golden brown. Description says 4.2 golden brown.Just because I trust Amazon I referred the images for ordering I didn’t check the color before applying.Now it made me look worst with the worst hair color.And even the color didn’t completely cover the grey hair.Hate you Amazon for this mix up.Worst color ever applied from L’Oréal

Wrongly depicted product
I wanted the older packaging. The one depicted here on the image.However i got the new one. And honestly the new one isnt just different in packaging, its different in color tone as well. And that is not what i wnated.Whats even worse os that this product isnt even eligible for return!So its bene a waste if money for me!

If you are using hair colour for the first time just go for it
I'm using this product since a long time. I simply love it. The product delivered on time but I am lil upset with the packaging. The box was totally made and the tube found leak. But the damage was not so big so it was okay.I suggest amazon to improve the packaging.

Duplicate product
There was no color at all. It’s unlike a dye. The batch numbers did not match on the packet and the bottles.

No ..the colour is not good it's like a light red/ brown color I mean if we want to color like that so we go to another color but it's to disappoint
