This is what you used to see in restaurant kitchen. BUT
I own this for almost 20 years.This definitely is better than any other cheap electric burner.However tray under heat element deteriorate (rust) in few years.I wish that was made good as body which probably last forever.Same goes with infinite switch.Switch started acting strange in 1st yearBut still lasted nearly 20 years somehow (picture show how it deteriorated).You can find replacement in Amazon and how to change it is snap.
