Es temporada de lluvias así que el patio esta constantemente húmedo, este trapeador resuelve el problema, mi robot aspirador no podría funcionar en el piso mojado. Es mejor iniciar la limpieza en los lugares más amplios o con una ligera inclinación como mi patio porque puede desplazarse mejor, luego continuo con las habitaciones más pequeñas cuando se este acabando su carga y lo conecto para que se cargue después de cada uso. Le adapte unas mopas genéricas de microfibra, las recorte e hice el agujero en el centro, pegando el velcro con una pistola de silicona para que se adhieran al robot y queme los bordes de las mopas con un encendedor para evitar que se deshilachen en la lavadora. El control remoto lo envolví en film transparente para protegerlo. Es muy agradable verlo funcionar, hace un trabajo excelente manteniendo mi casa limpia, su carga dura mucho tiempo ( casi dos horas) pero la primera carga para mi fue muy difícil, luego de 5 horas cargando seguía parpadeando la luz verde, lo cambie de tomacorriente y continuo cargando por otras dos horas, seguía parpadeando verde, presione el botón y por fin paso al azul, en ese momento funciono por poco tiempo y luego pude cargarlo nuevamente. No he tenido que trapear desde que lo tengo, llega a todos los rincones. Se cayo de un escalón ancho que por fortuna era bajo y no se daño el robot, desde entonces procuro estar pendiente en los bordes, normalmente no se cae pero tampoco es infalible. Lo tengo desde hace dos meses y cada vez funciona mejor el robot, mi programa favorito es auto porque combina todos los programas, es el que activa por defecto cuando se enciende, se puede elegir otro programa con el control remoto. Me gusta que no deba instalar apps para utilizarlo. Puedo utilizarlo de forma manual para limpiar paredes, puerta de la ducha, presionando el botón dos veces pero sus mopas no sirven para fregar, no son abrasivas. Este robot trapeador junto con el robot aspirador nos han facilitado la vida.

This little guy does not have any memory function. But, it does not get stuck. It may be lost but at least it won’t stop working complaining about the structure of the floor. The cleaning ability per se is acceptable. Floor feels different (better) after cleaning. It is surprisingly quiet. I really liked the noise level compared to iRobot products. I did not want vacuum function due to the concern of mold at the suction site. It is small and light which is a plus for me. Wish it has longer running time but longer running time will make the battery and weight more than what it is now. Just hope the mop replacement can be done online. It needs a call (not chat) to the customer service during the business hours because the mop is not listed on the website or Amazon. I liked it, recommend it for casual relaxed cleaners but not to OCD with the concern of germs. Actually I am buying a second set to cover different floor.Update after 2 month; I still like it. Then problem occurred when I tried to buy additional mops. They are not sold on Samsung website. (please read until the end. Right answer is there) Samsungparts.com has it. I waited patiently for >1hr and finally placed the order $33/each x3 thinking those must be made out of silk. I don’t even buy towels for my face paying that much money. Anyway, I liked the machine and understood that it was a special order to Made In Korea. I did not realize until the moment I open the Fedex (what a luxury! Express shipping for the mop!) that I paid >10bucks that I got 3 mops not 3 pairs. Hello!! I am sorry but this cute machine works with mop pairs not “each”. So basically I paid for 1.5 pair that I can practically use only 1 additional pair paying 33x3+10 (shipping)? That is enough to buy a decent hand held vac! I called them to complain and they said they will review and call me back in a day. So, I will see. When I looked up Korean website where I cannot directly buy, the exact same pair under Everybot is sold at 7 bucks. That is almost 1/5 of it. Maybe I need to buy 100 of them from Korea and leave my contacts here so that Jetbot buyers can buy those mops at a fair price not $66+shipping a pair. I would rather wait and save shipping of $10. I think a fair price for this mop for a pair will be around 15 and should never be more than 20 bucks. I generally like Samsung product but for Samsung to be successful, they need to provide parts at a reasonable price not a rip off. BTW, the machine is fantastic. If Samsung gives me the other 3 for free making the pair priced at $33, I will take the deal but there is no way that I use a mop that is palm sized and priced $66. There was no point torturing the call center lady who is doing 3rd party shipping so I got the info for the return. If you have a way to buy the mop at an acceptable price or you need only 1 pair of each type, this is a good machine. Hope Samsung people reads this and figure out a fair price for the mop. I've had several robot mops. This one tops all of them easily. Easy to set up and operate. It just does what a mop should. Clean the floor.

I was really disappointed with this robot mop. It had only just been launched and had no reviews but I decided to give it a go anyway. I've had a Samsung robot vacuum for years and love it so figured they must have got this right too. No such luck. First of all it is very small so won't cover much area in the 50 minute clean (it only holds enough water for 50 minutes at a time). If your house is 800-1000 sq ft you'll probably be ok, bigger than that it just isn't useful. It also isn't very intuitive, it mopped a part of my dining area, then went off and did a bit of the lounge and then did a bit of the kitchen before running out of time.Also it didn't notice my area rug, spent a while pushing the edge up (which has curled the edge of my rug) and then got onto the rug - not good!Final bit of disappointment, it crashed into all of my kitchen cabinets, the robot vacuum doesn't do this, so I didn't expect the mop to either.If you're hoping to mop a small room with no rugs or cabinets I'd say this mop could be good. It did seem to do a good clean of the parts it managed to do. However I'm returning it, I'm just not satisfied. Maybe I'll come back in a couple of years when they have advanced a bit.There is one positive - it is very quiet (except for the sound of it hitting the cabinets).
