Delivery time too long: Item took 3 weeks to arrive.DOA: Windows 10 laptop recognizes the drive, but no discs will play in it.I recommend you don't buy optical drives manufactured by Pioneer or Matshita due to their DRM software issues. You'd be better off buying drives made by Asus, LG, or Hitachi because they're easier to update and more user-friendly.I'm returning this optical drive, buying the 4k version, and putting $10 back in my pocket!UPDATE: dvd drive is DOA. Windows laptop sees the drive and says it's working properly, but drive will not play ANY disc I load into it. I cannot return the drive, however, because I broke the door bezel while installing it. I do not recommend anyone buy this drive.
