The charging base has a nice weight to it to keep headset erect when charging without toppling. Headset clicks right into charging port with no difficulty. The headset feels sturdy without being too heavy. The motion of the mouthpiece on the headset is smooth and feels secure, no wiggling. The buttons feel nice, they do not feel wiggly.2) Sound - It is so much clearer with the headset versus the built-in computer microphone. It cancels out the background noises and picks up your voice well.3) Comfort- The metal band is adjustable. You can lengthen the band, as well as bend or stretch the arch to better suit your size of head.4) Range is good. I was able to walk all over my house without losing connection with my device.5) Setup was easy. Simply connected via bluetooth and change my settings on Zoom to use headset and I was ready to go.The only complaint I can think of at the moment, is that I need to remember to turn off device when done, even if putting on the charging dock, otherwise the device remains connected via bluetooth. And if you're like me, I was trying to use my computer without the headset and couldn't figure out why no sound was coming out of my speakers. Not a big complaint, just something to remember.The attached video is a comparison of sound with and then without headset.

Right out of the box this bluetooth headset is impressive. The box includes the headset, charger, cord, and instructions. My first impression of the headset is that it is lightweight and comfortable. I noticed the cushion on the earpiece and the adjustable microphone. The charger has a low profile design and is small. It cradles the headset while charging and was very stable. The design of the charger makes the headset ready for use at a moments notice without having to disconnect cables.Pairing the headset to the mobile phone was easy. A quick review of the instructions pointed out the simple steps to using the multi-function button on the side of the headset.Using the headset is very comfortable. The headset can be adjusted to fit the users head and the adjustable microphone can be set in nearly any position. Calls on the headset came through very clear. The earpiece padding not only improves comfort but also reduces ambient noise. The caller on the other line also commented on the clarity of the call.Overall a great purchase especially for the price point. This headset comes recommended.

This is the third Jellycomb product that I have independently purchased and subsequently reviewed. Originally I found them by accident when shopping for a wireless mouse. My second purchase was a wireless keyboard. The headset reviewed here leaves me again impressed by Jellycomb. I have become a believer in this brand.Since I’m spending a lot more time at home lately (All Day Every Day), I wanted to get a headset that would allow me the freedom to continue to use my hands to type or write while taking phone calls. I also listen to business news on the TV throughout the day, so I couldn’t get a headset that covered up both of my ears. Because I am frugal, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I also didn’t want to spend my valuable time trying out no-name cheap headsets that wouldn’t perform well.Enter the Jellycomb Bluetooth Headset With Microphone. This little modern marvel fit the bill because of what I considered to be the most important factors. These are:-Very consistent connection reliability & ease of use-Crisp, clear, loud a sound quality-Long battery life-Comfortable fit (yes it is very comfortable but I’m still not used to the one-ear model)-Exceptional price point-Bonus: added to all of the above-listed qualities is one of the best features that do not come with many other models: a nifty charging dock.Overall, without question this headset is a winner. I am a loyal consumer and plan to stick with Jellycomb products in the future. They are a consumer electronics brand that has proven to me that they can be trusted.

After a short charge, this headset worked right out of the box. You can charge by using the setting the earpiece into the charging cradle so that the charging interfaces connect just right, or you can reroute the the micro cable from the charging cradle and connect it directly to a tiny slot on the back of the earpiece. You may also opt to relocate the USB end from the charging cradle to a nearby USB port (the cable measures about 31 inches long). The charging cradle charger didn't work as well for me, because everything has to be just positioned just so; I prefer charging directly with the micro cable. FYI, there is no electrical cord that uses a wall outlet in this setup. I was easily able to pair up with both my Macbook and iPhone, and the test calls were crystal clear for both parties. I still have lots to learn on using the small MFB ("multifunction control button") located on the earpiece; it's functionality still feels overwhelming to me. Depending on how it's pressed, it can power on/off, pair, play/pause music, redial, reconnect, voice dial, audio switch, and answer/hang up/reject a call (whew!). If you lack for USB ports on your laptop (hello, Macbook!), this would be a great addition to your home office setup.

I absolutely love this Bluetooth head set , at first I wasn’t sure about the headset being on one side. However it was really comfy, you don’t even notice it on your head . Because I work from home and making calls all day , this is a great and easy to set up. I would highly recommend it to anyone who works from home.Thanks

Leider ist abzusehen, dass die Videokonferenzen immer mehr werden und nicht nur ab und zu.Bislang habe ich einfach ein kabelgebundenes In-Ear Headset vom Handy verwendet, völlig OK hinsichtlich der Tonqualität, doch unmöglich mehrere Stunden zu tragen und wenn man kurz aufstehen muss hinderlich.Jetzt habe ich lange herumüberlegt ein besseres Headset anzuschaffen. 20€ Billigteil? Probiert, gleich zurück. 100€ für eines von Jabra oder dergleichen wollte ich trotzdem nicht ausgeben. Also mal diesen Kompromiss bestellt.Die Ausführung ist sehr wertig, d.h. wertige Materialien und saubere Verarbeitung. Was ich erst später bemerkt habe: die Ladestation ist optional, man kann auch das Headset direkt laden. Di Basis ist aber praktisch, relativ schwer und damit standsicher. Das Headset selbst rastet darauf magnetisch ein und wird über Federkontaktstifte verbunden. Hier könnte der Magnet etwas stärker sein bzw. eine Zentrierung, denn so ganz sicher ist man sich nicht, ob alles korrekt orientiert. Ist aber eine Kleinigkeit.Zur eigentlichen Funktion als Headset gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Unter Windows 10 gekoppelt, sofort mit Teams und Google verwendbar. In den Systemeinstellungen ist auch der Akkustand zu sehen, bei Auslieferung 80%, aufgeladen. Nach Ladung auf 100% und ca. 3,5h TelCo wurden 70% angezeigt.Zur Verständlichkeit: im Vergleich zu In-Ears wie gewohnt war der Ton anfangs voller und dumpfer, nach der ersten TelCo von 2h aber daran gewöhnt. Die Teilnehmer habe ich immer gut verstanden, die Lautstärke musste ich gleich anfangs reduzieren, d.h. es gibt Spielraum auch für lautere Umgebungen.Ich konnte zwei bekannte Konferenzteilnehmer vor Start befragen, wie sie mich verstehen würden, wurde als gut, klar und deutlich rückgemeldet. Das war aber mit dem Kabel-Headset auch nie ein Kritikpunkt, direkten Vergleich kann ich jedoch keinen ziehen. Würde aber sagen, Aufgabe erfüllt.Der Tragekomfort ist angenehm, wenn man den Bügel richtig einstellt. Hatte diesen ganz ausgefahren und zuerst am Kopf aufliegen gehabt. Hatte nach 2h leichtes Druckgefühl, eher unangenehm, Das Ende des Bügels ist aber federnd und drehbar gelagert, d.h. es reicht wenn dieser über dem anderen Ohr aufliegt, dann hält das Headset stabil, auch bei Bewegung. Ist dann angenehm zu tragen.Stabilität und Reichweite der Verbindung ist wirklich gut. Benutze parallel eine am selben Gerät gekoppelte Bluetooth-Maus, keine Aussetzer oder Störungen. Auch kein Problem wenn man kurz in den Nebenraum geht, um was zu holen. Verbindung bleibt stabil und verständlich.Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre das Fehlen einer Transporttasche für mobilen Einsatz, würde das Headset gerne mit dem Notebook mitführen. Da werde ich mir etwas besorgen müssen, denn das Kabel-Headset bleibt künftig aufgerollt in der Tasche.Würde ich definitiv wieder kaufen.

The charge doesn’t last long enough but ok when charged. The piece that sits against my head tangles in my hair when I remove it.All sounds negative but sound is good and it allows me to walk around during never ending Skype calls just wish charge lasted longer.

You've found it. I've been using it for the last month. No issues. Works fine.Very handy.I tried to connect it to my phone too, just to see if it will work. 20 seconds job. Super easy.

Very good product. Use it all the time now as I am working from home. Stops me being disturbed by background noise of the family and keeps conversations more private.
