Abutilon 'Tiger Eye' - Tiger Eye Flowering Maple - 1 Plants - 1 feet Tall - Ship

I got this plant in June. By September is was 6 feet tall and covered in flowers. It is end of November and it's still blooming despite the week of freezing nights. I purchased 3 others of different varieties and they are all doing well. Still blooming. For western Washington that's amazing.

I received the healthy plant as the picture. Love this seller.

The shipping was one problem, the package was marked as fragile and the up position. The package was crushed and must have been upside down because of the soil all in the box. The plant was wilted, of course and the leaves have been signs of insects eating them.I buy many places online and the cost of this size plant should have been sufficient to package it properly. We shall see if it survives the shipping.

It died about 2 weeks after planting it in a nice spot and large pot. Possibly too much rain? When I first potted it all the leaves fell off then a few days later we saw 3 new leaves begging to sprout then all of a sudden the turned brown. I was so excited for this plant but no luck.

My mom received this plant that had no flowers and was jammed into the box where she had a hard time getting it out of the box so that the leaves were falling off and dirt got all over the place. Definitely disappointed that I spent so much money for something like this. Unfortunately no pictures to show since my mother is not tech savvy to take pictures from her phone.
