Busseto Classico Pancetta Diced Salami, 5 Ounce (Pack of 12)

I love to cook with pancetta. The problem is that I can’t buy it in my local supermarket. Amazon to the rescue. 12 five ounce boxes of lovely pancetta delivered to my door in a cooler with ice, ready for use. It tastes great, and is pre chopped, which makes it super easy to use. I used one box for two recipes then froze the rest for later used. (I used a food saver to vacuum pack the pancetta to avoid freezer burn).

I love this pancetta! There was a mix up in an order but the company promptly addressed the issue! Sent me a replacement without any problems. The pancetta is diced the perfect size for cooking.
